Mexican restaurant in mid Missouri.the service was great, the beer was great (ice cold dos Equis) and the food was good. I ordered a Molcajete which comes with steak, pork, chicken, shrimp and chorizo. Additionally you get some cactus and a seared jalapeño along with a side of rice and beans pico, sour cream and guac. I have eaten in many Mexican restaurant in Jefferson City, Holts summit, Hermann, Columbia, the lake of the Ozarks and have never ran into this dish before other than when i travelled to Chicago or Kansas City. I was pleasantly surprised.
My meal and my date’s meal along with our drinks were roughly about 45 dollars with tax and tip. Pretty good meal for your buck i would say. By the way, the Molcajete is huge and can feed about 2 to three people. I packed the rest to go.

Wasn’t impressed. First off their prices for what you get are high when compared to other places in the area. Was the food edible, yes… was it good- not really… over cooked and bland. Service was nothing great either. There are better mexican places in the general area that are better choices.

Absolutely awful , disgusting, not worth your stomach pain or money. The waiter stood by our table until we ordered our food, Food came out literally 2 minutes after we ordered, there is no way you can cook decent food that fast. My husband’s chimi was so full of grease he could even eat it. My son’s taco tasted like it was 4 days old. I have a burrito that tasted like it had spaghetti sauce on it. I have given this place way too many chances but we can’t anymore, it’s just too nasty. I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to the lake for real Mexican food!!

Rolled the Google Maps dice while traveling thru the area, and gave this place a try for a late lunch. Very tasty chips & salsa, and our food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. Will be back again soon.

The absolute worst Mexican food I’ve ever had, there was a hair in my food and no discount or compensation, they charged me for extra meat when I didn’t get extra and wouldn’t take it off, the worst salsa I’ve ever tasted and will never be going there again

Never answer there phone. Finally got them to answer. Prices went up. Portions not only went down. But Not acceptable at all. I paid almost 50$ for 2 people. We split the double fajitas. A full onions worth and a child’s handful of chicken. We made 3 tacos all together for a 50$ double fajita for 2. There cheese sauce they charged me 10$ for was also as runny as the water out of my faucet. Absolutely done with this place.

They not only charged regular price during lunch, but they tried charging twice for 1 of the 2 meals we had ordered / ate. And we didn’t get chips until after we got our meals.
