I don’t mind supporting new and local businesses, but this being my first visit I was very disappointed, after working a long day I decided to give myself and my wife a break and not cook driving home I notice this new business and decided to stop in … I looked at the menu then looked you up online, at this point I decided to order, I got my food and went home only to find this for my wife’s chicken plate. Needless to say she wasn’t happy with the on piece of dried chicken….smh not sure if im going to make that trip again…but welcome to the neighborhood..hope someone else has a better meal then we did…

Really wanted this to be good. BBQ was ok. Sauces need some help. “Traditional” tastes more like ketchup than BBQ sauce. Vinegar was ok, but not great. Not much value for what you get. I got the Brisket Basket, it came with a sandwich, bag of chips and a drink. For $13 I expected more than a lays bag of potato chips, and 4 oz of brisket on a potato bun.

I had dinner at the Tickled Pig Friday. It was amazing! I ordered pulled pork, potato salad, mac ‘n cheese and peach cobbler. The pulled pork was amazing…even with no sauce. The mac ‘n cheese and potato salad were wonderful. Loved the peach cobbler. Just good southern food❤️❤️❤️

Meat was tender and well cooked! Potato Salad was the best I’ve ever had. Mac and cheese was rich and creamy, not greasy, pulled chicken was moist and cooked well. Banana pudding tasted great, no fake after taste. Great portion sizes and everything tasted homemade! Tried all three sauces and they were yummy too! I was apprehensive because I showed up not long before close so I was afraid of getting the gross leftovers of the day, but I’m so glad I tried it! There isn’t a lot out here where I live that isn’t fast food so it’s exciting to have a decent restaurant! I also liked that they had a big open dining room with scripture on the wall and Christian music playing! Very family friendly! Short wait time for food. My husband was I work and I got take out so his food waited almost an hour for him, but was still hot and fresh tasting when he got to eat. Highly recommend!!

First time eating here and it was extremely disappointing. I got the BBQ plate. The pulled pork was extremely dry. Bone dry. Their traditional sauce didn’t help, it was way too sweet, like ketchup. We ate after 5:00 and the french fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting there since lunch. They were brown, mushy and disgusting. I sent them back and got the coleslaw which was fine. The worst part is there are ants in their soda machine. I found one in my Sprite when I took the lid off to get a refill. And another came out with the refill. I will never set foot in this place again. Absolutely horrible experience.

The smoked chicken halves were really good especially with the white bbq sauce! The breastfeeding was a little dry but the dark meat was very good. Good smoky flavor. My family liked the pulled pork as well. Machine and cheese was excellent too! I didn’t try their regular BBQ sauce yet so I can’t comment on that. We will be going back.
