So food presentation is great however the tripa tacos would not recommend they seem old and very very hard to chew and cold . The lonches the buns cold Inot authentic typical lonches .I guess the only good thing is the papa asada but lacking the sour cream . Please makesure food is hot and fresh especially the tripas. If you can change this you can make a killing people in the valley love . The price $$ needs to meet the food quality and customers expectations.
