Wow, I love this. We usually go to Starbucks because there aren’t many Starbucks here, Decatur, but I think this is the best.
This Starbucks is the best because they have the best chocolate chip cookies and Carmel Frappe. I think the service is very good and helpful. They are the best.

i go to this starbucks just about every morning. they always make the tastiest cup of joe but more than that, they brighten my sometimes bleak mornings. the staff are very friendly and welcoming. easily my favorite place in decatur aside from my own home. thank you.

We get coffee here EVERY morning on the way into work, the crew that works first shift is absolutely amazing! They know our order as soon as we pull up. Our drinks are always perfection!! They all deserve a raise, to have such good customer service at 5A.M. is top tier customer service

Older guy greeted us at the drive thru and was friendly. Saw i didn’t tip after I spent $12 on 2 simple drinks, and immediately stopped smiling and didnt say anything and shut the window after I said thank you. He gives us the first drink, i say thank you, nothing. He gives us the last drink, I say thank you, have a good one, literally just shuts the window… if you dont tip they will be pouty so take this as another reason not to tip unless you actually get service that deserves literally just donating them money. Hes literally mad because I didnt give him money on top of purchasing 2 overpriced drinks.

They were pretty nice, at the speaker I was told they were still making it. It was about 15 minutes after it was placed but i didn’t mind, got to the window and she hands it to me and it’s half melted. I wouldn’t have minded if it was done when it was placed but if it was just made it’s kind of weird. After drinking it a little more it started tasting like chemicals and or soap. Had to throw out a $7 drink.

I want to say thank you to the staff Starbucks for helping me today I went to the drive-thru around 11:30 and the lady in the Drive-Thru helped me so much I got a pink drink and two pup cups and my dogs accidentally knocked over my drink and spilled it all in my car I went back and the lady gave me a new drink and some towels to clean up my car I will forever go to the Starbucks on the beltline here in Decatur thank you I love all y’all so much

There are two members of the management team here that are absolutely horrible here, they are always rude and act as if they are understaffed even when there are no customers. I had a particularly bad experience with a barista named Danny who is one of the rudest people I have ever met.
