Longhorns has decent food for the most part. The steak was definitely overcooked from what was requested but it was well seasoned. That is something I will comend this place on is the seasoning on all of the food was excellent. But for $30 I would expect the steak to be cooked correctly. That is the biggest drawback in my opinion. Wait times here can become long as well so I suggest joining the online waitlist if you plan to dine here. Because they do not have a large waiting area. So just plan accordingly.

A little unorganized but that’s expected on a Saturday night. The only real complaints were the floor is dirty, the table decor had a lot of dust build up, the bathroom need some attention, and the there was so much butter on the food I had to use the serving plate to dump it on. I thought at first it was water from the broccoli. It was unreal. Food was good after that. Sat in the bar area and probably won’t again. I’ve never really had bad service at this location and the food is usually very consistent and cooked properly. I’ll keep coming back.

Hands down, it’s the cleanest, best tasting meal we’ve had outside of homemade that we’ve found in the 11 months we’ve called Ashland home! Our server, Jeanne R, made each table feel like they were her ONLY table as she worked the room — for first impressions, she nailed it for customer satisfaction. I know, for a fact, the “other place” may be busier but they will never beat rhis place on all around customer experience. Can’t wait to go back! It’s a tiny bit more money for a HUGE amount of satisfaction from apps to dessert. Our lunch was an absolute pleasure.

This location and staff are extremely accommodating to food allergies! My husband has Alpha Gal Syndrome and cannot eat red meat or dairy. Eating out at restaurants is a way the both of us can enjoy a meal together without me having to compromise and make choices to accommodate his dietary needs. However, eating at restaurants can be dangerous for him. On 2/1/26 we placed an online order and put a note in the special comments about my husband’s allergy on his salmon meal. This location CALLED me to let me know they saw the note, and would make sure to cook his salmon and sides in a safe manner for him! I was blown away!! We’ve never had a restaurant call to confirm any special requests placed on an online order! It is so comforting to know how serious this location takes food allergies. Food allergies can be life or death. I have not stopped talking about how amazing this was and they have earned forever customers in us whenever I need a break from vegan-ish food at home and need a good steak! Thank you so much Longhorn!

We visited on February 3rd and due to weather there were only a couple other tables in the restaurant, but Kea was absolutely wonderful. VERY attentive and answered every question our party had. We typically visit the other LH in our area but this was way better by a longshot. We will visit this location more often. The portion sizes were large and the food was hot. Just want to give a shoutout to Kia as this is how service should be and she did an outstanding job.

We had a lovely lunch in early December. I got the chicken sandwich with fries, while my niece got a loaded baked potato and Mac and cheese and we both enjoyed our food. The portions were more than generous and we both left with full bellies.
It’s also the first restaurant I’ve ever been to that had cloth napkins, which made me feel extra fancy.
Our server was lovely and attentive, making sure we had refills and our food was delicious. I have no complaints from my visit and can’t wait to visit again.

Caesar salad was great and served with plenty of crisp lettuce, topped with a generous amount of cheese and croutons. The dressing was creamy with the perfect flavor, not too much and not too strong of a taste.

I came in with high expectations given the reputation, but the meal was honestly horrendous. The seasoning was so heavy-handed it was barely edible, and the execution was poor: an overdone steak paired with a hard, undercooked potato. A very disappointing first and final impression.
