This place is outstanding. The panko coated meatballs, penne with vodka, not to mention my favorite: branzino with sautéed spinach and jasmine rice. Absolutely delicious Italian food. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a favorite.

Dinner was great! It was our 10th anniversary and we had the fried meatballs, the pork chop, and the carbonara. All were delicious. They brought us ice cream and the end and sang “Happy Anniversary” which was nice touch and our server was great! Thanks Andiamo!

20 adults and 7 kids on Christmas Day…what could possibly go wrong? At most places, much, but my family’s experience was a perfect one in every aspect. From the planning, to the seating setup, to the amazing staff, my entire family couldn’t stop talking about how our group was handled. As always, the food is delicious and no beverage went empty for long. The staff’s attention to detail was appreciated and respected.
My advice if you are looking for a place with great food for a large group gathering (or any size for that matter), Andiamo is a great choice.

I went here for the first time while the others in my group had been there before but it had been a while. Our waiter was ok but seemed a bit put off by our questions about food and ordering. At some point the owner comes over and for some reason felt the need to point out that we weren’t regulars and frankly wasn’t all that welcoming. The food was average at best as my pasta was way overcooked and was very mushy but the stuff in the pasta was pretty good and the pizza was decent. After we got the check we promptly handed over 2 credit cards and then we sat around for about 10 minutes waiting before being told the CC machine was down and the owner is on the phone with them trying to rectify it. Another 5-10 minutes went by and we were told the system is still down and they recommend we pay cash. So as the 4 of us are seeing what each of us have we ask so what happens if we don’t have enough cash and the answer was silence he had no answer I can’t make this up. Luckily between us we had enough cash and at this point you could’t get me out of there fast enough. On our way home my wife decided to call just to give feedback instead of writing a bad review and she couldn’t have been nicer. So the owner gets on and she was still talking calmly and nicely and all of a sudden mid sentence the guy without saying a word hangs up on her as he couldn’t be bothered. We eat out a lot and have great relationships with places we frequently visit but we like trying and supporting new and different places and have never been treated like this so shame on Andiamo and there’s countless amounts of Italian restaurants that blow this place away.

Probably my favorite Italian restaurant in the area. Can’t think of one better. Everything is delicious. Drinks are great. Service is great. Vibe is perfect. I wish they had more parking but that’s not their fault. I love coming here.

Although the waiters were very good, the kitchen isn’t the same now that Linda isn’t cooking. The bread was stale and not tasty. Alan’s pasta dish used to be the best. The cooks put spaghetti is and it wasn’t very hot or tasty.

Andiamo in Haworth, NJ, is a hidden gem that’s anything but your average Italian restaurant. Located at 23 Hardenburgh Ave, Haworth, NJ 07641, this spot is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and trust me, it’s worth planning your next meal around!
This is Italian food at its finest—everything is homemade from scratch with an attention to detail that shines through in every bite. The service? Absolutely impeccable, with a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you feel like part of the family.
The star of the menu is their unforgettable appetizer: freshly baked bread, toasted to perfection, topped with fig jam, prosciutto, and paired with creamy burrata cheese. One word: phenomenal. My entrée, the chicken, was juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. And let’s talk about their famous red sauce (or as we say, gravy )—it’s rich, hearty, and an absolute must with your pasta. Can’t get enough? They sell jars of it on-site, so you can take a taste of Andiamo home with you. Move over, Rao’s—you’ve got competition!
For a dining experience that feels both classic and elevated, Andiamo is where you want to be. Whether it’s a cozy date night or a celebration, this place will hit all the right notes. Highly recommend!
