I went there and I was greeted by a girl named Aubrey. Hardworking girl and saw that she was busy but still very kind in the process. Don’t recommend asking for the chili special though (they don’t have it). Lowkey a qt. Coming back very shortly.

Just left the Norwood location and honestly I have never been disappointed before at this location, but there is a first time for everything unfortunately. The person working the counter when when I walked in was Aubrey and she barely wanted to acknowledge me. She just walked up and start shuffling stuff around , she didn’t say anything, she just looked at me like she was waiting on me to talk , but I was waiting to be greeted so I could know she was ready. I asked are you guys running any specials (it’s National Chili Day) she says no then walks off and starts doing something. I almost left without ordering anything but then Austin walked up and changed my experien! So Shout out to Austin for his great customer service Aubrey could learn a thing or two from him. She wasn’t very pleasant at all .

Forest time trying a skyline chili. The chili was good. It’s on the sweet side with a hint of cinnamon. They LOAD it full of cheese. We had gotten a chili coney, noodles and cheese, and the chili cheese fries. There wasn’t much of the fries, I would have expected more. Felt a little rushed from the staff even tho there was hardly anyone there. We would go back next time we are in the area, but maybe a different location.

I get it now. And the prices are very reasonable.
Chili spaghetti?! Hummm let me tell you people, it works and it’s delicious. This place was my first introduction to the famous chili spaghetti and it did not disappoint. A mound of cheese ontop of a pile of noodles noodles chili. Yummmmm
The sauce definitely has a heavy brown sugar taste to it that our waitress said new customers always say they recognize the flavor right away, but veterans do not. About 2/3s of the way in I could see how you don’t taste it anymore. Our waitress asked if we would like mustard on it, I couldn’t understand why anyone would add that to this dish but after trying it I could see how people probably love it that way, just not for me.
We also ordered the chili dog with onions…. a great dog! And it made me wish I had ordered the spaghetti with onions!!! Adds a another layer of flavor as well as a great texture.
Only small hiccup that bothered me was the manager. When i asked the cashier if they sold stickers,she asked her manager, who told her employee no, and continued on as if I could not hear her? Not a big deal but from a manager, maybe a little professionalism? Not a big deal but it struck a cord with me for sure.
Will definitely go back as there is alot of locations scattered throughout the Cincinnati area.

It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.

I love Skyline Chili. Hell, 50 of my 280 pounds have probably come from Skyline. I worked at the Kettering location for a solid a seven years and know what it takes for a good functioning location and properly cooked food.
Having recently started working in Cincy I needed to find my go location. So far this is the front runner. Staff is on point and EXTREMELY NICE. SErvice is as fast as possible. The food is on point and highly above my standard of satisfaction.
As a side note: I am writing this review having come her two days in a row. I know I know, but I can’t help it. It’s so good. Will be coming here all the time moving forward.
