Went here for their Italian sub/grinder (whatever your descriptor is). Ordered without lettuce and added hots. Received sub with lettuce and no hots. I informed my server and she resolved it very quickly and pleasantly.

We received a completely burnt pizza and called the restaurant to let them know. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, we were told it “wasn’t their problem” and to take it up with DoorDash—even though the issue was clearly the food, not the delivery.
When we offered to show a picture of the burnt pizza, the woman on the phone began yelling, said they didn’t care, and refused to refund us or remake the pizza. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and even told us to never order from them again.
Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. The lack of accountability and the way we were treated was unacceptable. We definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
Not sure if they have new owners or something but they used to be amazing.

Food is the best pizza in town. For a place where you want old school service come here. Has everything from pizza to sandwiches to tacos and many things in between. You simply cannot go wrong here.

Food is really good. I’ll start with that because that’s where it ends. I drive an extra 15 minutes because they do have great subs. Of the last 5 times I’ve went, the order has been wrong three times. All of these orders have been pick up. The first was a call in order. The my Italian was missing mayo and had onions. I am allergic to onions so that was a no go. The last two times have been on their app. First time they were missing a cheesesteak. Didn’t realize till I got home. Cold food. This time they were missing my buffalo bomber. I realized before I drive all the way back home. Cold food again. No offer has ever been made to compensate. Service is 0/100. I would rather get worse food that is at least hot.

I started going to landos in Acton when i worked in west acton center over 20 years ago. I moved to stow 16 years ago and was thrilled that i could get the budster on the regular. And as my kids grew up…my daughter and i would share the budster…and now she gets her own. But never again. Over the past 2 years this place has nose dived. Somehow there are twice as many people behind the counter and they are slower than ever. Sometimes i get a budster with fresh bacon…tender chicken the right amount of sauce and cheese. But its become more and more rare. More often its rubber bacon, dried out chicken, sauce and cheese barely there and a bun squished down. A few weeks back i said..one more chance and my daughter and walked in…ordered and ate there. No wrapping to mess up the sub. It took 30 minutes to get 2 subs. Both buns looked like tbey had been stepped on and couldnt even cover the chicken which was dried and crunchy. The bacon…was rubbery and shoved to one side of the sub. Cheese was non existent and the bbq sause was spread on the roll under the chicken rather than all over it. Sad. Clearly the staff is just there for the check. Noone in there actually takes pride in the product. Ill give the acton location another shot because last i knew the owners still spent time there. Maybe they sold the business? If so, id get your name off of the building. Used to rave about this place.

The pizza is good but the steak and cheese sandwich and Chipotle steak burrito are fantastic. The flavor combinations are unique without being weird and highly recommend trying them!
