The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. So we have ordered here quite a few times and every time it’s a 30 minute wait at least, so one night I called because we ordered 30 minutes before time and the guy on the phone said that our order will be ready in 20 minutes but come to find out it was 45 min. I asked the guy why and he said they were busy, I get that but when he said he can just cancel my order otherwise wait it made me think that Papa John’s is trash.

For delivery pizza it’s not bad pizza at all! However the cheese bread is not great. Dominos cheese bread is goated and y’all’s is 2/10. Step that up. Flavor on pizza was pretty good tho for franchise delivery pizza.

Placed order for delivery through the Papa John’s website. I received a message after placing my order that delivery would be handled by DoorDash. Derlivery driver arrived with both boxes not in any thermal pizza bag, just out in the open when the temperature outside is in the single digits. Pizza was barely warm and room temperature in places. No receipt to sign to add a tip. The whole point of a tip is to reward good service. Forcing tips to be entered prior to service is not appropriate as you could tip high and get poor service or tip low and get great service. Bad experience. Will go back to Northern Lights. Better food and they have their own drivers that deliver it hot.

I was storm chasing all day and hadn’t eaten in 12 hours. I ordered on the app in Adel, IA on my way home 3 hours away. I didn’t want it made right away as I was too far away so I called the store and Blake took care of me having it hot and ready just like I had asked with plates and napkins for the ride. Great tasting pizza and great service. Highly recommend!

Ordered a large pizza and got a medium. The boy at the counter handed me a receipt that was for another order for 4 pizzas. I informed him that I ordered a large not a medium and he stated at me. I asked if I could get my correct receipt and he told me to have a nice night. I saod thanks for fixing my issue I will not be back and he responded that “no one cares”. Unprofessional and won’t fix even a small issue. Would not recommend.
