Honestly, this location had the most unfriendly staff. A couple of days ago I sat inside to figure out what I wanted, and to download their app, since I figured I’d buy their food often enough- but it felt like I was imposing on their day. I was going to put the rewards number in, and didn’t even have time, so, that order went down the drain for points unfortunately. Cashier asked if I wanted sauce for their cheesy bread at the beginning, and I mentioned I did, they forgot, and I didn’t even want to say anything, because quite frankly not one of them was even friendly enough to even say hi when you walk in the door.
I messaged the company about the points, because there isn’t a QR code at the bottom of the receipt like most places have, but it’s whatever at this point, I probably won’t be frequenting Papa Murphy’s as a whole at this point, as I’m not super impressed with their service or customer service.
I don’t know if management is super strict or the staff is filled with unhappy people who don’t want to work there, but I will definitely not be coming back to this location.

Not as good as in the past. Went last Tuesday for the large special. Will be contacting them as the charged me $3 more because I said like the chicken bacon ranch but extra tomatoes. Didn’t notice until I was heading home. The crust was different as well. Very thin when I wanted regular hand tossed. Usually much better. Actually threw some leftovers away. Just not their usuals.

For the first time in a long time I ordered the chicken, bacon ranch stuffed pizza. My wife and I both agreed that surprisingly it was basically flavorless! We definitely couldn’t taste any sauce and the chicken tasted like parts of a chicken most people would never use!! Needless to say we were thourghly dissatisfied! I had to put tobacco sauce on it just for some much needed flavor!!
