On Halloween we were coming back from long trip and I ordered a pizza which we always order the Fancetoni because of the thinner crust and loaded with pepperoni to the edge. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and my order was ready, but when I got home I was not really happy with my pizza. It seemed like a regular crust pizza and the pepperoni was no where near the edge.

Employees are very rude and dismissive. They forgot to put sauces in my order and when I went back inside, the lady pretty much yelled from behind the counter “ you need to wait I have pizzas that are about to burn“. Then when I asked two of the other employees to assist, as they were standing there making pizzas, understandably, however, instead of assisting they too were dismissive. I’ve worked in the food industry before so understand how busy a place like this can get however it only takes two seconds to stop and help on order you pretty much messed up on, but they did not do that. I had to wait probably five minutes for them to hand me two sauces that I paid for.

We ordered delivery (which is actually just door dash apparently) and were told by the driver that the food was still being prepared after he arrived to pick it up. the food took about 25 minutes to be cooked but by the time it arrived it was cold and looked like it had been sitting for several minutes on the counter. It was also the wrong food, I had ordered and paid for a detroit syle pepperoni pizza, but i received the small order off pizza and stix which is about half the price. to top it all off, my delivery driver was supposedly named “Brittany” but the large man with tattoos on his face who handed me my food did not look like a Brittany.

The pizza is awesome but the staff are often jerks. Last year I went in to pick up pizzas for a part and I had my son with me. He was 9 yrs old and ADHD and totally over-stimulated w/party anticipation. He was slightly out of control and I had to tell him several times to just go stand on the wall and dont touch anything. One of the ladies behind the counter kept scowling at me and when it was time to leave she called him back and passed a huge pile of cookies to him as if rewarding him or apologizing b/c I got on to him. She was out of line and over stepped her boundaries that day. On my most recent visit I went to pick up 2 pizzas. It was $12 & some change and I handed the guy a $20. He told me he didnt have a whole lot of change left and didnt want to have to get more and asked if I had a card with me. I told him i hadn’t even grabbed my purse when I left the house so all I had was that $20. He just stood looking at me like I was stupid and didnt attempt to check me out. They had less than an hour till closing time. I ended up walking across the street and getting a drink at a gas station to break the $20 so that poor guy didnt have to do his job. Customer service is a serious issue there.

Not up to par. I ordered a deep dish and Italian cheese bread through the app as we left Baytown l and headed home. We arrive just as the app says the order is ready pick up only to find out the order wasn’t ready. Didn’t get a real explanation other than their system has been acting up. Ended up having to wait another 15 minutes for the order to be ready. While waiting I saw serval customers walk in and didn’t even get a, “ We’ll be right with you”. Instead they would just wait a few minutes before someone happen to walk by. Then to top it off the “deep dish” I waited for was probably more like a thin crust. Only put two stars for service since the young man at least said sorry for the wait.

I ordered online and picked up in the store. The food was pretty good fir the price. Although the pizza had a lot of crust. My wife and I got dinner for 2 days for $17. Not bad for today’s economy.

I needed a quick ready made meal and purchased 2 pizzas, “Hot & Ready”. The absolute worst pizza I have ever had. Gas station pizza is better than that stuff. Maybe they should call it, “Cold & Tasteless”. Cardboard and tomatoe sauce would be equivalent.

When I Called bk to see why…the lady made a whole nother order she said it would 15 mins…I made sure she didn’t order another pizza she said she didn’t (couldn’t really understand her) got there to pick up 2 cold hard burned pizzas
