Ordered online and normally have no issues. I open my sandwich and everything fell out, it’s not cut, the paper is soaked and not even wrapped correctly. Never had these issues but never ordering from this subway again.

I don’t ever do reviews but this time just really irritated me! I made an order online. I get my food home one sandwich doesn’t look that bad but the other sandwich was suppose to be on flatbread and it was on white regular bread. As I unwrapped it all the topping fell out as if the person who made it just hated their job and didn’t care. The sandwiches were not even wrapped up correctly. I wont be back!!! If you don’t like your job, get a new one. Don’t make everyone else suffer.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. I have a tomato and cucumber allergy and they made sure that they changed their gloves before handling my sandwich. I had ordered 4 foot long sandwiches and all of them were amazing.

The food was fine, just like every other Subway. The service was not great. One employee didn’t know how to make anything and just froze instead of asking for help. She also didn’t give us all our food. The other employee had no idea how to ring our order up and overcharged us for our meals. It ended up being not that much difference, but they really should have been trained better. The bathroom hand dryers were ridiculously high also, so my young children couldn’t dry their hands. I wouldn’t come back to this location simply because of service.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich only to get home and find out it was made with rotisserie chicken. When it was made before they used grilled chicken strips. When I returned with the sandwich, the two boys said that was the only chicken they use. Never offered another sandwich or refund. I’ll be going to Kokomo from now on!!

Employees were lackluster. Sandwiche preparation was like guiding a mule through knee deep mud. No ice. Trays of sandwich condiments were in dire need of replacement. Overall experience ensures we won’t be back.

This is the cleanest subway I have ever been in. The people here were extremely friendly and welcoming the food was so good. kelsey is the best I would 100% recommend this subway over any of the ones in kokomo.
