I was definitely confused walking in wondering what this was supposed to be, a bar/dance floor or a restaurant.
Server was helpful going over the several menus. We ordered pork dumplings and chicken soup dumplings. Loved the pork and returned the soup ones (broth was sour) and tasted off. Enjoyed watching the table side show of watching the noodles being shaped. Main course: beef soup and dan dan noodles. The soup broth has good flavor and so did the dan dan. However the dan dan was served room temp.

Exceptional hand-pulled noodles, the finest in the Valley! The spicy chicken is equally impressive. If you’re seeking truly authentic, expertly crafted cuisine, this is the place.

We ordered the half of duck and the presentation was great but not a great value for how much duck you get. It’s a good place however I thought the grey paint color and atmosphere could use a little more color and life. Just my view of it.

I have come here a good half dozen times and can say it is consistently amazing, yet consistently empty. Do not let that scare you away! Every time has been a top notch experience, food wise. However…I theorize that the moon theme is a bit odd for Chinese. Don’t let that scare you away. Come and enjoy the food you won’t regret it.

There were two ordering options, either off the menu or through an POS system via iPad for the all you can eat menu. We chose this menu to try a variety of options. The food was tasteless and cold. The hot&sour soup was warm and the best out of all the dishes I tasted. Not clearly understanding the ordering process, we ordered all dishes at once to eat which was brought out as they were ready.
The original waitress that took our order never returned to the table. After some time, another employee, male, that was busting tables explained that they would charge us for each dish not eaten and $1.99 for each dumpling not eaten. He said, he hope he we could finish. Well, we couldn’t finish nor did we try to eat these tasteless and unfamiliar dishes in our presence. We were charged $24.99, $1.99 for each dumpling and $4.99-$9.99 per dish not eaten. It wasn’t good for us and my desire for this type of food is no longer palliative.
At the end of dining, they ask you to give them a 5 ⭐️rating for a gift. This must be why they have accumulated these ratings****

Went for all you can eat dim sum. This place gets the small details right. Great tea and chili oil. (If a place gets this right most other things will follow)
Lot of northern China dishes. Braised pork sandwich. Tripe, steamed BBQ pork roll were among my favorites.
Service was great and place is super clean.
Need to come back for dinner which I was told is a more upscale experience.

We went in as a group of 7 last week, and I was hesitant due to some bad reviews beforehand. However, our group’s experience turned out to be more than pleasant. We ordered more than 12 dishes and all were finished.
I didn’t expect to find such authentic Chinese food outside of NYC or LA. Some dishes were creatively incorporated while still maintaining traditional flavors. The drinks weren’t boring, and the servers were friendly, ensuring our water never ran out.
Being a new restaurant, like many things in life, I wouldn’t know whether or not I liked it until I tried it, and I’m glad I gave it a shot.

We found Stellar66 on TikTok… and the hype on the food did not steer us wrong! My husband and I ordered the Half Signature Peking Duck and it was delicious with the best crispy skin. We also tried the mixed assortment of soup dumplings which are actually homemade, also very yummy!! Completely forgot to take a picture, we finished them so fast! Highly recommend visiting this restaurant, I’m bringing friends next time to do the table side full Peking Duck experience!!!

I went in for lunch for their ayce dumpling menu. I was shocked when it was a lot more items to pick from. I thought it was going to be 5 to 6 options to pick from. Everything came out relatively quickly however there were maybe 4 to 5 other tables.
Service was acceptable and in my eyes was the perfect amount of attentiveness. You order from a table side iPad so you can order at your leisure.
It was a solid 4 stars. I was hoping for a little kick of flavor or perhaps some sauces to mix up the sweet and heat.
