It’s really hard to mess up a Papa John’s pizza in my opinion, but what happened here? I have two slices that are completely naked. I ordered half pep and half pep plus a bunch of other toppings. I paid way too much for this. The two naked slices don’t even have sauce or cheese, so it’s not like the box toppled over. Don’t you check your pizzas before you box them? I don’t even know how this was made or cooked this way. ♀️ I also made the mistake or ordering the Oreo dessert. It’s so overcooked that some parts are crunchy. Huge waste of money.

Ordered online and picked up in store. Paid before i received it. When we “” being the staff and myself””” looked at it and noticed that the 3 1/3 all crust with nothing on it i was kinda shocked and just looked at it. I was asked what’s wrong with it…. umm. You cant tell..she just walked away….I Would have got it remade however the staff just walked away and refused to even acknowledge it. Then the other staff members walked away leaving me just standing there… guess I got a large crusted pizza with a small pizza worth of toppings. I didn’t know that was an option….Thank god I have supplies at home to fix this.

This place is an absolute joke. I tried to get delivery, asking to leave it at the door, the driver took off with my food 2 different times after calling the restaurant manager to tell them to just leave it by the door. Each time the driver came back, he POUNDED on the door seen through my doorbell camera. After that, he quite literally dropped the pizza on the floor and left. What a joke. This place is horrible, pizza was cold.

Paid for my food, then the employee realized she gave my order to the doordash driver. Unfair to my toddler waiting for pizza and the doordash driver and recipient. Manager said his DO would call me back but that was on December 3rd. Also, please send me the footage of your female employee jumping the counter at my husband, thanks.

Decent pizza not as good as a traditional pizza parlor where you can get an 18 inch pie but in these franchise pizza places the largest pies are usually 16 inches so like I said pretty good pizza but not as good as a privately owned pizza parlor like I said you can get an 18 inch pie so depends on how much money you’re willing to spend on a Pizza private Pizza parlers are more expensive than a Papa John so to save a few bucks Pappa John’s is your choice
