For one the lady making the orders was rude. I mad an online order and she made literally everything on my order so sloppy and SHE DIDNT EVEN CUT THE SANDWICH. I had to rip it APART.

Didn’t get any veggies because the lettuce was brown, tomatoes were half dried out. No lids on food, a fly was all over the veggies. I got bread and meat and cheese.

The app availability does not reflect the shop. Multiple times I’ve ordered via the app and arrived to no customers waiting and my order unmade only to be informed that multiple sub items were unavailable. Most recently I ordered 2 subs for my wife and I, I arrived after the app said they were ready. Only to find the Subway was closed, my order paid and unmade, per the Circle K employee the Subway employee had been gone for hours. Usually the app is intuitive enough to direct to an alternative location. I’ll never order from this location again.

ONE worker at 11:40 AM? There were six of us waiting while she prepared an order. And still no tea. This location continues to worsen instead of doing what is necessary to provide a reasonable level of service.

– Hiring more workers is meaningless if they don’t work! I have great appreciation for the woman there who stepped up when I walked in to an empty counter at 11:30 am. She stopped eating her lunch to take care of me. When other customers arrived, the clerk at the Circle K side asked her where her helpers were and she replied, “out back.” She left my sandwich half-done and came back with two guys, directing one to serve the next customer.
Why were they all on a break at the same time? And the location’s answer to not having tea made previously apparently was to stop offering tea at all. It’s a downward trend at this location and certainly not the standard expected at a Subway. Management needs to step up and fix it.
– Two servers is not enough during the lunch rush. I had to wait while one prepared a large order for pickup and the other checked an apparently complicated order and was then slowed by the former. Only once I had my order made, I learned the unsweet tea bin was completely empty, never made. So no half-and-half tea as I’d planned.

There were no customers at 5pm which seemed odd but thought it was my lucky day. 2 workers were sitting at a table and asked if I was getting a sub and I said yes. One of the girls walked behind the counter and I ordered a foot long steak and cheese. She told me it would be about 30 minutes for the meat to thaw. So I left and realized why there were no customers.

I know eating in a gas station is not the best atmosphere.
But at one time, you were able to eat there and refill your drink.
Now you have to take your food home or eat in your car.

Stood in front of counter for 10 minutes, and an employee says she is on break, but will be done in 5-10 minutes. I went to pump my gas and came back and she tells me they are closed. Keep in mind it is 12:15pm prime lunch time. This isn’t the first time it has happened. She was very rude and has zero respect for anyone’s time.

Ive been hesitant to order from this subway based on the reviews so far but I took a chance because they were the only “participating location” for an offer I had. I always order using the app because thats usually most convenient. I arrived around 6pm when app said my order would be ready, and there it was waiting. There were a few people waiting in line, as it seemed busy for that time of the day. They had 2 employees working and it appeared to be efficient and clean and the employees were smiling. Based on my only experience there, I will repeat. I also suggest people order with the app as this makes the whole experience alot smoother and you can avoid locations that give you issues with coupons . Also forgot to mention, Sandwich tasted good, bread and ingredients were fresh

I went in for lunch and had to wait 22 minutes. (2 people ahead of me) no choice on bread, 2 pieces of turkey on my 6 inch, bread extremely hard (had it toasted). Rude lady. Yesterday (opening day) great, today very disappointed, especially since it’s only day 2 of operation.
