Ordered a smoothie and toast this morning. And there was hair in it. Brought it back for a refund & Employee Madison had a very nasty attitude , didn’t even apologize about it . You can clearly see that it was her color hair on it. She didn’t offer to make me another one or say anything polite to me. Very disturbing. Worst smoothie king experience I’ve ever had & I love smoothie king! DO BETTER MADISON.

Told the girl I wanted a peanut butter toast. When I told her she proceeded to say “ugh” at me. then my toast was drenched in honey like they purposely poured the whole bottle on top. Very disappointed with my service from this location.

Smoothie King was a great experience. The smoothies were really good and the flavors were well blended. The place was kept clean and the hostess was pleasant. The place was not busy at the time of my visit and there was only one person working. The location is in a strip mall so parking is shared. There is disability parking.

The staff are fantastic, the smoothie bowls are amazing, I love this new coco colada bowl. It is so awesome! I usually get the PB swizzle, I love their PB. The base ai very tasty and the fresh fruit is delectable. Love every bite.

I usually go to this Smoothie King all of the time . I noticed that my discount was not applied, so I let the cashier know . Madison. called over the manager who told me the refund process is complicated . After that I asked for a full refund , which took literally two seconds . I can’t believe she refused to help me and I am a faithful customer .

this locations smoothie bowls are really good, and delicious. sometimes they give you a lot of fruit, sometimes they don’t. fruit tastes fresh!
customer service is a 5/10, they are nice at the intercom but don’t really speak at the window.. i don’t want to make it a race assumption, butttt ya knowwww it’s Harahan lol..& they never give napkins?? i have to ask every time, but for the most part it’s okay.

Stopped at this Smoothie King today on my regular biweekly trip to thrift in the area. Ordered my smoothie and handed my card to the young lady. She then proceeds to ask me if I want to put the tip on my card? I’m like, what? Did this girl really just ask me for a tip? I went ahead and rounded up to the nearest dollar…but I normally pay a tip in cash. Usually $5.00, but not today. Management really needs to stop this practice from happening. Tips are not something employees should expect or depend on for their well-being. That is the employers job to pay a living wage. I’ll be skipping this stop from now on and will get my smoothie at the Clearview location on my way home.

Went by today for a Pineapple Surf. Haven’t visited SK in some time. It was not the same and not good. The “smoothie” was sickenly sweet, liquidy, with no discernable fruit. Ingredients were supposed to be: Strawberries, Pineapples, Kiwi Apple Juice Blend, Turbinado, Dairy Whey Blend. All I could taste was sugar, dairy, juice and a hint of pineapple. Where are the strawberry and pineapple bits? It made me angry. Hence my review.

Just an update for management and anyone who can’t find the new, giant beautiful location (old location closed and is now a Vape On):
Google updated your address to the new location but when you click on the address or search for Smoothie King, Google Maps still brings you to the old location. I contacted Google to update but they denied my request. You should have better luck.
For customers: If you simply type in the new address, it’ll bring you to within just a few feet of the new location. Can’t miss it!
