We tried the Twisted Elote Bowl from Tiny Bites, which is one of the food vendors at Swamp Cat Brewing, with their own kitchen along the outside “food hall” connected to the brewery. My biggest critique is that the seasoning was overdone (should have had less salt), but the flavor was still delicious. We ordered it with the generous portion of pork on top of the corn, which made for a nice meal that two people could share. The corn and pork bowl from Tiny Bites did not take long to prepare and was very appealing visually. Best of all, it tasted great, other than the saltiness. We were glad we tried it an look forward to trying some of Tiny Bites other items next time we visit Swamp Cat Brewing’s taproom.

We used Tiny Bites for the “midnight snack” at our wedding and it was such a cool touch! They provided delicious sliders and truffle fries in a cute, custom box. Highly recommend

The Twisted Elote is really good. Needed a little more Cotija to add more saltiness. They have a decent size menu to pick from. I’m looking forward to trying some more of their dishes.

I’d love to rate the food, but they sold out within an hour of pulling up to our building. I was able to get 1 order of Queso Frito, however they were burnt and sitting in about a quarter inch of oil inside the container. Don’t waste your money, folks!

Thank you Tiny Bites Good Eats for providing food for our recent Women in Technology & Entrepreneurship event at Swamp Cat Brewery. I tried the chicken tacos and buffalo chicken sliders. They were amazing. The tacos paired well with Swamp Cat’s stout. It was so good I went back for thirds.
