Excellent place to sit, do schoolwork, read, sip, and relax! Took my son there as we waited for my daughter’s appointment to finish in town. We broke bread (a delicious french baguette) together and sipped on creative fountain soda combinations! Employees were kind. Service was great on this crisp, clear Autumn day!

Met a friend here for lunch. The employees at the order counter were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of tables available although it did get very busy. Order came up quickly. Loved the soup and salad combo. Soup was good and hot and salad was fresh and crisp. Appreciate that you can get refills on ice coffee. Will definitely return.

They get my order wrong almost every time. I have ordered the tuna sandwich on focaccia bread 5 times in the last 6 months 4 out of 5 times I got back to my office and it was on sour dough. Still a good sandwich, just not what I ordered.

We stopped in this morning for a quick breakfast. My sister wanted to get an oat milk latte, but the only had almond milk, which is okay. I know exactly what I like to get for breakfast, and I could easily just order rapid pick up. However, the employees here are very kind, so much so that I just prefer giving my order to them! Jim was helpful and positive, and our breakfast experience at the Wentzville Panera was a great start to our day 🙂

Trying to figure out how this location has a 3.9 star rating on google. It’s much lower and more accurate on Yelp. Drive thru not open and when it is there is a 30-40 minute wait WITH ONLY TWO CARS IN FRONT OF ME THAT HAVE ALREADY ORDERED! Are you kidding me? Very few employees working. Self-order kiosks broken. One guy taking orders from a very long line. Food I liked no longer available. Cookies are rarely available. Life is too short for the aggravation. Carbone’s RISE plan is going to be too little too late. Maybe sell Panera to Dan Cathy (Chick-fil-A) and let him show you guys how it’s done. I don’t think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes for an order at Chick-fil-A with twenty cars in front of me. What you’re doing now isn’t working. Close it up. Figure it out. Re-open when you do. Save us all the stress. Stop looking out only for the stockholders and start looking out for the customers. Then the stockholders will be rewarded.

The lady who prepared my gfs drink was so sweet! Went out of her way to compliment her hair and be polite. Definitely made my gfs day. So glad to be able to order croissant breakfast sandwiches now without having to buy the croissant separate. All in all, great experience!

OMG, how these stores still stay open I can’t figure it out? Over prices, cut good products and slow service. I don’t believe in going to these stores any more but my wife did, and so disappointing! And I didn’t even get the pumpkin muffin I asked for because this location doesn’t carry them?? What the?? Please start closing these locations.

Not sure if it was from lack of people working, but coming on a Saturday morning to walk in, the dining area was closed and forced to use drive through- that was unfortunate (we have kids).
We ordered food and had to wait in long line for drive through just to pick it up (apparently should have choose drive up, but wasn’t sure that was an option or would even work due to the closed lobby).
Got our food (because it was ready), but then still had to wait because they forgot to make the latte drink.
Then, when we opened our food: the avocado toast literally only had avocado (or lack there of), some lettuce greens and huge chunks of feta- no tomatoes or green goddess dressing; the asiago sausage and egg bagel sandwich didn’t even have the sausage on it.
I saw the 3.8 rating on google maps, but generally Panera is pretty good, but I should have heeded that red flag and not come, nor will I want to in the future here because of all this. Very sad because I love Panera and this was supposed to be convenient (and healthy alternative to regular drive thrus).

I’ll be honest the place was a little small, but the atmosphere was good and the customer service was fantastic. Me and my mom went there for lunch and it was a really good time. I will say that they need to work on their lemonade the lemonade it it was something was wrong with it. I don’t know what was wrong with it, but the lemonade was not good at all, but everything else was good. The parking lot has plenty of spaces so You won’t have any trouble parking. We only had to wait maybe five minutes before we could order and then it wasn’t too crowded. I do recommend this place if you wanna go just for a nice quiet lunch or dinner checking out.

Not a fan of the creme brule latte, but that’s just me. It was a bit sweet. The wife loves her caramel lette, and the Kitchen Sink cookie was wonderful
