If your wanting delivery dont go here, they will never be on time or early, only late. Multiple times ordered here and have waited 30+ minutes after original delivery time for it to arrive, kinda ridiculous. Then to top it off, the garlic’s sauce is spilled all over the pizza when opened as the photo shows. So 1hr late and then an unedible pizza. Only good thing was the manager was polite, all the other employees besides him are relatively rude.

Never got the pizza. They can’t handle Friday nights anymore. Every Friday we used to order from here and they’ve collapsed. It was busy because of Halloween and they were understaffed, underprepared, no idea where anyone’s order is. They were STOKED to give me a refund. Whoever owns this papa John’s must not be in it for the money.

I placed an order on door dash tonight. After receiving the order, the order was incorrect but label was correct. When I called this location, I mentioned the order was placed through DoorDash and an employees said not a problem, we are making you the right pizza now and it will be on the way soon. A hour goes by and I call back to check on the order when another employee tells me there’s nothing they can do about a 3rd party order. When I asked why someone did not inform me a pizza wasn’t on the way the response I got was “well, the other guy didn’t know. Look, we are really behind right now and I wasn’t suppose to come in today and now I’m working on my day off.”
This is the second time in a row this location has messed up my order.

This place has consistently messed our order up. Papa Johns is our go to “fast food” pizza, so it’s a little disappointing the closest one to our house is consistently messing up. It is very rare I will complain about service anywhere as I’ve worked in the service industry many years myself. But this location needs some restructuring. Our order last month was messed up when my husband went to pickup our pizza and wings. As he was waiting a worker gave out our wings to a lady picking up a large order of pizzas instead, so he had to stay and wait longer- the employee made a comment to my husband like it was his fault for having to wait so long since he now had to make a new batch of wings and we liked them well done so they took extra longer. Tonight we ordered through DoorDash because it’s the only way we can get delivery, I’m 7 months pregnant and my husband just got home today from a week long work trip. When we got our pizza delivered the tag on the box was right- we got a Garden Fresh veggie pizza- inside the box was a supreme style pizza with 3 different kinds of pork meat- we don’t eat pork. My husband disputed it on the DoorDash app but since it wasn’t the drivers fault but the actual stores fault because they put the wrong pizza in the wrong box he also called the store. The employee he talked to said yes it’s our fault so we will send out another pizza right away even though it was ordered through DoorDash. An hour goes by and no pizza- my husband calls to check on the pizza politely and the employee says no we didn’t send another pizza out because it was ordered through DoorDash, my husband asked why would they tell him otherwise or not call back to let him know they weren’t sending it out- as we’ve been sitting around for an hour hungry. The employee raised his voice at him and said well I had to come in on my day off… ??? As if this has anything to do with being lied to. Absolute rudeness and disrespect 2 x in a row, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

I walked in to order some pizzas. I was going to pay cash and was right by the place when I thought about ordering. Figured I would walk in and order.
When I got in there, I was greeted by all team members. However it was 7 minutes before I was asked what I was picking up. I informed the guy I needed to place an order. He looked at me with a look of “are you serious”?
He informed me they were shorthanded and I had to do it online. I used that as an out and got out of there. Ended up going some place else. And not ordering from this chain again.

I am a delivery driver this is by far one of the best Papa John’s in this area! Anytime I have had a pick up it was ready right away. The guys working there are great. They are friendly as well as efficient and accurate. If I was using a delivery service I would definitely use the location. I want to thank Vince and Mark that helped me tonight. They both have great smiles and personalities.

We’ve ordered pizza from here multiple times and it was always hot and fresh. However, last night I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. I left immediately after ordering to pick up the pizza. The box was lukewarm so I should’ve looked at the pizza before leaving. The pizza was a cheese pizza with pepperoni thrown on after it was baked. I know this bc the pepperoni was falling off the pizza even after it had to be reheated. There was also no sauce on the pizza. I called the store and was told they had a prank pizza order called in before ours and that was why our pizza wasn’t as it should’ve been. I said “so you gave us one of the pizzas from the prank order”? He lied and told me no. I have since filled out the online survey only to be given a free pizza. No sorry that happened, no apology, no concern!
