I’m done with this location. Looks bad & tastes bad. This isn’t even the saddest pizza I have received here – not by a long shot, but it’s the latest one. I walk in and see a bunch of guys behind the counter just standing around doing nothing. Wouldn’t care if my food was any good, but it wasn’t. Let me know when your boys can shape the dough into an even circle with a proper crust, the pizza cutters can cut through the pizza, and they can cut 8 pieces that are mostly the same size. Also, invest in a shelf warmer or something, my pizza was cold after a 5 minute drive. Taste wise, the crust is bland and way too much cornmeal…also verging on burned. Texture is dry and cakey , absolutely no stretch in the crust. If I would have trusted a do-over, I would have gone back inside and put the pizza on the counter and simply said, “Really? Really?” No explanation needed after taking a look at the sad thing.

Service was good but the food was made terribly. The supposed parmesan bites had little to nothing on them and were dry. The pizza also supposed to have parm on it and had absolutely none of that and was also dry. I am very disappointed because this was the first dominoes i’ve been to that has been bad.

The last two times we have ordered from this location we have received dry pizza with very little sauce. Surprisingly the flavor was good if you were able to handle the dry texture. They said the pizza was fresh when we picked it up. We live under 2 miles from this location and the pizza was still warm when we got home. Maybe the pizza was overcooked or it had been sitting in a pizza warmer for some time before it was given to us? I don’t know what happened. But again the last two times we’ve ordered from this location we had the same experience. Also both times our pizza has been poorly cut. Which results in the pizza ripping when you try to take a piece. Not the end of the world but certainly not ideal.
Our kids were so excited to have pizza for dinner and none of them at more than one piece because it was so dry. They normally eat 3+ pieces on pizza night.
Giving a 2 star rating because the flavor was good just the texture was terrible.
We have had better pizza from Little Ceasars which would have cost us half of what we paid tonight.
The staff was very nice and pleasant. The location was clean as well.

We had an amazing time! We were attended by Sadie and she was so warm, welcoming, and patient with us as we decided what we wanted, she gave us a run through of the menu and the deals they had in the store! So friendly and we loved the experience the eating area was also clean and well kept and food was delicious, definitely will be coming back? <3

I ordered online at 2:30 PM on a Saturday and scheduled a 5:45 PM delivery. It was delivered at 4:40 PM when nobody was home and they didn’t even ring the doorbell. The food sat there for an hour before I got home. when I called the store. They told me they were too busy to deal with me because they were over 100 pizzas behind, And a replacement order would take more than two hours. When I said I’m sorry, but that’s ridiculous… He hung up on me

Ordered $70 of food for carry out last night and when I got home all of our food was way overcooked! The guy working behind the counter when I brought the food back says “that’s how the Philly pizza is supposed to look like since it has no sauce”! I worked at dominos back in Colorado and there is absolutely no way I would send out a Philly cheesesteak pizza looking like that! My photos below will speak for themselves. If I was you I would go up the road to the dominos off of State st since they have no clue what they’re doing at this location. I won’t be back and will be getting a hold of corporate because of this too.

This location is amazing! Their card machine was down and I didn’t have any cash so they said Merry Christmas enjoy your pizza. Super nice there.

Most of the employees definitely don’t care at this location. I had a pizza that didn’t have enough onion or cheese on it (was supposed to be extra on both), but at the store I only realized that it didn’t have enough onions. When I mentioned it, they said they would take care of it. Their solution was to through a few onions in the over and then give them to me. I found out later they were basically raw onions.
While I waited some people came in who could only speak Spanish. The guy at the register didn’t know Spanish, so asked if someone else could help. After being basically told no, a female employee asked why he was bugging her. He said it was because she was the manager. Not very good service or attitude of a manager in my opinion. In the end another employee helped them with the order even though he didn’t know Spanish.
