They need to learn how to make a Wild zebra! I have ordered a couple times and they never are consistent they over blend frozen drinks! and I am wondering why it is when I order two of the same drinks the price is an odd number so one drink is more than the other? Weird today it took them over 15 minutes to make two wild zebras and when they were given to us they already looked half melted! I would have been embarrassed to give this to a customer

The coffee was good. This is my first and last time at Bigby Coffee. There was one car in front of me in the drive thru. It took about 5 minutes for her to get her items ( looked like she got a coffee and a pastry). The woman at the drive thru took forever and was sarcastic and passive aggressive to top it off. I would not return here simply due to customer service. If you work at a coffee drive thru window, know everybody is in a rush and has places to be.

Im originally from East Lansing, I’ve spent all nighters at the original bigbey. THIS IS THE WORST ONE IVE EVER BEEN TOO. Horrible management! Waited well over 25 minutes in the drive through and both bragels are without cream cheese. I watched the manager talk and talk while pausing on my drink. No urgency or respect for the customers. Worst experience in the state. Would highly recommend upper management to take notice of the poorly ran location.

DO NOT ORDER HERE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH DAIRY!!!! I am DONE trying to give this place a chance because despite ordering multiple coffees, some with dairy and some without, they DO NOT LABEL THEM!!! This is unacceptable to me when you are charging extra for non-dairy options and when people have allergies or sensitivities to dairy! I feel like I risk my health and well-being every time I get coffee here. And this is such an easy fix – JUST LABEL THE CUPS!!! When I have tried to talk to them about this, I get nothing but half-hearted apologies or attitude. I attempted to contact corporate to ask them to consider labeling their cups and never even got a response.

My wife and I ordered drinks and bagels. I watched the lady making them cut her finger. She jumped and said ouch I just cut myself. I get it accidents happen. What bothers me is she kept cutting the bagel like nothing happened! When I questioned her she got snarky and tried to explain how it was not that bad. I asked for a refund and she kept the attitude… Thankfully kind of the other employees jumped on the register and took care of it.

I have been there several times. They are very slow in the drive through. They have left lots of coffee grounds in my coffee more than a couple of times. I have also came into this location and came out with a coffee that that has no flavor. It taste black with milk. The whole point of flavoring is to actually have some to taste… This is the only store I have been to that sucks at the service of their customers… They are also extra long at getting the customer their beverages..
