This is my FAVORITE pizza place in New Haven and I can’t believe that it’s completely gluten free. Everything from the dough to the sauce to the toppings are absolutely perfect and you can tell just how much work the owners put into making sure that every pizza is meeting their standards.
They seem small, but the prices are so good that getting 4 is basically the price of a full size pizza that’s not gluten free (which is saying something because of how much gf normally costs). My personal favorites are the pastrami, the bacon, and the three cheese pesto options. But honestly any of them are going to hit the spot.
Even if you’re not avoiding gluten, you have to try this place for just how good everything is!

Had to come leave a review because the tubs were absolutely delicious! They’re a MUST try. The sauce is sweet, the dough is perfectly crispy. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Very addictive! Will definitely be going back.

Gave this place a try. The owners are a married couple, are very funny and very welcoming. I ordered a 4 pack. 2 Bacon and onion, 2 cheese tomato pesto. The bacon and onion wasn’t as tasty as I thought they would be, the cheese and pesto was okay. I had hoped to have tried 1 of each from the menu but was told you can’t mix, so I kept my order to a 4 pack. The online menu advertised $1.00 bottled water, but they had no water in their fridge. B.Y.O.W or you’ll have to use your saliva to wash these down. There is also no place to sit, so you must take your order to go. I hope that one they’ll decide to allow customers to mix their pizza tubs, so they don’t have to commit to eating 2 that they don’t enjoy.

This is such a unique idea! The menu has only a few flavors, but I think they’re smart to focus on what they have and doing it well, especially as they start out. Each of them were delicious, but our favorites were the pepperoni and bacon & onion. The owners are so friendly and excited about their new endeavor. You can get them for delivery or takeout, or stop by to pick up some frozen ones to make at home. This is a commercial kitchen space with no dine in option currently.

Simply delectable and delicious! The pizza are affordable ($3.25 per tub). It’s basically more tasty and filling than a pizza slice. They have good flavors! 1 tub is a nice snack, 2 is a meal, 3 is big meal! Will be coming back
