The food is amazing. They always make everything fresh. Nothing is ever cold when I eat it. The soda never flat. The lettuce in my whopper always a fresh green color. The seeds on the buns are my favorite. The workers are all friendly well mannered people. I feel very comfortable bringing my family and friends here. The parking lots are always clean. The bathrooms are always well kept. The dinning room is never dirty. I value the workers taking their time to make sure the restaurant is clean. Anne is a wonderful manager she’s always making sure the orders are out in less than 2 minutes I see the way she interacts with her employees and she’s very well trained. Every time I come here I never had to waited more than 4 minutes for my food. Let me tell you if you’re tired of shitty service from these fast food companies. Definitely come here I highly recommend. Because at Burger King YOU RULE! I’ll probably be eating Burger King for the rest of my life ❤️

Ordered at the drive-thru and waited 35 minutes for cold sandwiches and a messed-up order (wrong toppings, missing items). Had to go inside to get it fixed, wasting even more time. Polite staff, but no real effort to make it right. This seems to be a pattern at this Burger King location. Won’t be back.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. I thought after waiting 15 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready that everything would be in the bag. I was missing an order of fries and multiple sauces. Extremely frustrating. Customer service here sucks! GO TO MCDONALD’S INSTEAD.

I ordered at least 10 min3 before I arrived via website. I arrived at 852. I just left the drive through at 914. This is wild. Excuse me mr burger king you should monitor your stores and rep. Cause this is not having it my way.

We hadn’t eaten fast food in years but had a coupon. Management should hire more employees. Three people ran the counter, the window and cooked. The dining room was clean but the food was poor. We won’t go back not even with a coupon.

Miserably slow service inside at the counter. Drive thru is ok. At least food is cooked fresh. They cant handle lines at the counter as workers are very slow and disorganized. Drive thru is a better experience as the older lady thats usually there does a great job. Multitasking is not their specialty.

It was disgusting. I won’t be coming back here again. I got a chicken sandwich and fries. There was hair on the fries, not just one, but several, as if it was done on purpose. And I don’t understand how they hire the staff here. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

I was the second car in the drive through and after ordering i waited almost 10 minutes for an original chicken sandwich and was told “sorry for the wait, we had a fresh chicken delivery so it took a little longer to cook” except my hot sandwich was cold. Idiots you cant serve hot food at cold temperatures. Where is the county health department?

Food is good if you are hungry. It’s not good for you. We get it once in a while when we have a lot to do out and about. Service is terribly slow, the servers are nice but be prepared to wait for your order. I use the drive up, rarely go inside. So the atmosphere really needs an overhaul to bring it into the twentieth century like McDonalds has. Over all though, I’d rather get BK over McDonald’s. Their onion rings are yummy and I love their round home fries with breakfast.
