Never knew they were top 10 ice cream places to try.
Just walked in while biking on the streets and they greeted and explained how their place works.
Once I placed the order it took a little while. But, the service was amazing they found me upstairs in their seating area and served it to the table.
Their gift shop is amazing with a unique collection.
My favorites are Butter pecan and Banana split.
Visited everyday while I was on vacation.

This adorable ice cream shop has hard-dip ice cream or make your own ice cream with alot of flavors and toppings. They make their own waffle cones as well and that smelled yummy. The workers were so nice and they even have little baby cones! We will try them again when in the area and check out the upstairs gift shop!

#8 on list of best ice cream places in USA. Nice ice cream for sure, portions small and prices higher – inflation. This is handicapped accessible- ramp on side of building.
Plenty of outside seating and some inside too.
Service was great & tasty mix of the Squigle’s blended vanilla ice cream & 3 of your pick of add ins. Cherry, pineapple & cheesecake for me in a waffle cup.
Give it a try if ice cream is what you desire.

This place is amazing! it was crowded but worth the wait honestly. They had a variety of different ice creams and their very own Squigley! I had their all fruit Squigley ice cream and it was very delicious! (and no added sugar). I would highly recommend coming here when visiting Carolina Beach.

This place is a MUST when you are in the Carolina Beach area! You may have to stay in line for awhile, but it is definitely worth the wait. Great, friendly service with over 4000 combinations of treats. The hand dipped ice cream is fantastic, but you have to try a squigley blend. When you finish your treat, head upstairs to check out the gift shop. It’s worth exploring for that perfect gift. Our family will be back! Oh yea, make sure to have cash with you.

Some Quigley’s came to Squigley’s after a beach day for some much needed ice cream and it was the best choice. The staff was kind, warm, and friendly. They even offered us a tiny cone of ice cream for the baby. They have a good variety of flavors, my s’mores with marshmellow drizzle was yummy.
