The worst pizza. It was burnt and stiff. 0% tasted good. I had 4 adults and 6 kids that all agreed it was gross. I had to make another meal for dinner which was disappointing especially with the costs of pizza right now. I will never again order from here.

Normally I love this place. I’ve ordered often but it’s been a while. Tonight we decided to get a Big Mac pizza and the Alfredo pasta. When I got there my order wasn’t ready but that was fine and expected because I knew I was early. I thought to myself I’ll either be surprised and happy if it’s ready but if not at least I know it’ll be hot and fresh. It’s worth noting the blonde girl upfront was super nice and accommodating. I waited about 15 minutes, got in the car, and on a cold night thought it was weird I couldn’t feel the comfort of a warm pizza box on my legs. Got home and was disappointed immediately. My pizza was burnt and when I touched a slice literally felt the cold. A burnt cold pizza? What was I waiting for? It was burnt so it cooked a while but yet cold? Was it someone else’s who cancelled or left it behind? Weird. I tried calling the place to speak to someone about it. Three times I got an odd Ai answering service that said they were transferring me and after a few rings said sorry no one is available. So I had no choice but to eat my cold pizza. Sat down, put it to my mouth, and was again disappointed. It was so incredibly hard and crunchy. Paper thin and my fingers covered in burnt black dots and crumbs. My poor dog who always gets the crust looked at me in excitement and I said no bud sorry not this time. I threw the rest out. He didn’t understand and quite frankly I don’t either. A burnt cold pizza? Oh, the Alfredo was okay. Just okay.
I’m editing my review weeks later in hopes the owner will actually reply this time. I originally posted because like I said I couldn’t get in touch with the place immediately after I visited and because I thought that would get their attention and something could be resolved. But I noticed something. The owner will only 1.) reply to rave reviews or 2.) negative reviews if you don’t post a picture proving why you were dissatisfied, if you ordered third party blaming grub hub or DoorDash whatever it may be, or if you don’t state you called them acting as if if they’re not aware there’s a problem how can they fix it? When in all reality that’s not the case. Because I did all of those things with no response yet in the weeks between has responded to the others and sadly I’ve been left on read. Good or bad in their typical manner. I was left on read like I was the bad date or something even though I was polite before about my review and disappointment and went about the situation in every right way I could. But seeing how the owner handles negativity I highly doubt accountability will be taken and I’ll probably either still get ignored or some rude response with attitude and lack of professionalism.

Absolutely horrible experience. Me and my friend had a pizza and fried ravioli’s doordashed. Pizza came very cold and burnt. Wouldn’t be a big deal to reheat the pizza if it wasn’t completely burnt on the bottom and top. The ravioli was very disappointing. When we called to see if the pizza could be remade the staff was very rude and stated it was doordashes fault the pizza came cold and burnt. They refused to remake the pizza or issue a refund stating this was doordashes problem. Not hard to understand why this place only has three stars.

Not impressed at all, ordered a pepperoni vodka scillian pizza and a chicken pesto pizza. $66.00, both pizzas over cooked. Called Hudson, NH location. No customer service, they didn’t care, buyer beware, go elsewhere!

I went in for a slice of pizza a few minutes before they closed. They had some pepperoni left. Man was that a good slice of pizza, even for a piece that was not as fresh as a whole pie. I am excited to try a whole pizza, nice and fresh. Secondly they make cookie oreo brownies, inhouse from scratch. I had to grab one and let me tell you just how worth it it was. Chocolatey and thick and delicious. The staff is very sweet and the owner is an incredible lady.

So happy to say that Phantom Gourmet was right! Traveled from Lowell, MA to Hudson, NH to get one of their chopped Italian subs. SOOOOOO worth the drive. They frigging nailed it. High quality meats, provolone, fresh veggies and hots all mixed together with Italian dressing on a toasted roll. In all my years, I can’t remember having a better Italian sub! Took home some their NY style pizza for dinner along with a couple of desserts. Can’t wait to try. This place will be on our regular rotation!
Now, 8 months later, I need to revise my review. I’ve not had ONE Italian nearly as good as the first one. Just got a steak bomb that was disappointing at best. I had such high hopes

Was very disappointed. I called and specifically asked for a half-cheese pizza, but instead received a full two-topping pizza. There was barely any sauce or cheese, and the pizza arrived cold and overcooked. The onion rings were okay and definitely better than the pizza, but overall the experience was disappointing.
