I get it’s a busy place but I feel like I have been pretty fair on giving them the benefit of the doubt but come on can I just for once get a well put together sandwich not half assed tossed into a box.

Clean place and good staff. But they don’t cook the food well. Everything is undercooked. I understand the fried foods like chicken strips are precooked. But it shouldn’t come out cold and raw like. Even on good days it’s undercooked. It is by far the worst Culver’s I’ve ever attended. Unfortunately I still eat here twice a week because everything else in town is absolutely trash when it comes to quick meals. Local place across the street is phenomenal though (it’s a sit down but usually you can get in and out within 20 minutes). If you’re comparing it to McDonald’s or dairy Queen or little Caesars in town then it’s much better but those places are some of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve attended across the board. And I’m a fast food slut. Seriously avoid these places unless you’re an unfortunate local. Not much good food in this town besides breakfast at the two popular spots though

Had the pork sandwich value basket. They tacked on 21 cents for the tomato. That is annoying. Seems cold in here – they should turn up the thermostat. The tv screen is nice n big. See pic.
The sandwich was good. Nice cut of pork with no fat or grissel. Horseradish sauce was good, but it was not Silver Spring. Culvers fries seem to be getting crispier. OK drink assortment. See pic.

I ordered my burger and fries extra well done. By the time I got them, they were cold and the fries were undercooked. They must have made my Sunday right when I put my order in because it was melted by the time I was about to eat my hamburger. I have been to Culver’s in AZ. It was my go-to. I had a very bad meal at this particular restaurant.

People were nice but continually keep getting the wrong order. I’m allergic to mayo I ask for lettuce ketchup tomato ONLY AND EVERY TIME THEY PUT MAYO so I juss throw away my burger and money too many little kids without listening comprehension working at this location it’s a shame Culver’s used to have quality control! Cheese curds bout the only thing they get right, went again next day got chocolate milk shake tasted kinda funny and had chunks so I threw it out and now at night I’m nauseous and throwing up
