Everytime I’ve gone to this location on Durango and Warm Springs its very poor service by the staff and the pizzas are never ready when they say they will be ready. The staff works in slow motion. Today a lobby of customers waiting for their food and one of the gentlemen yelled back to the workers if someone could come up to the counter and address some of the concerns and a staff member in the back yelled no. And no one came up. I got my pizza and when I brought it home my daughter starts eating it and it had some nasty things underneath the cheese and sauce.

I placed a mobile order and to my surprise, it was done on time!
With this location, I knew this was a red flag
Sure enough I get home, open the box and of course whoever cut the pizza must be cross-eyed. Life what the heck is this??
Also, one side of the pizza is well done and the other side is not.
And what’s not surprising one bit is that these people do not even try to cut the pizza.
I cannot believe Little Cesar’s doesn’t address this

Our order was actually done on time, but this? You get one little dribble of sauce? And they were all filled this way, even looking in the back everyone was getting just a little bit of sauce. Kind of ridiculous when you pay for something and this is what you get

Stopped by here to grab some crazy puffs for my daughter and cheese bread for my wife. Micah was helpful with my questions and made sure we got Mariana sauce with the bread sticks. The last time we got Mariana from the Little Caesars closer to our house the cup was half full but the one we received here was filled thank you! It got kinda chaotic with customers but Micah handled it.

Pizzas are old; like they’ve been sitting all day. Breadsticks are the same and they don’t put enough of the butter of them. Half of them are always over cooked so they can’t be eaten. Every single time I go to this location it’s underwhelming. The staff is over worked, clearly. This is a management issue. Avoid this location. I’m surprised corporate has left it open with all of the bad reviews.

My pizza was soggy, greasy and the dough wasn’t cooked. I called the store and was hung up on. I called back and they wanted time to bring it back in to them and they would make a new one. Everytime I order ahead I indicate what time to be ready by to ensure it’s actually ready but of course I’m delulu because it’s never ready on time.
I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza DEFINITELY did not get any extra pepperoni if that. Along with the center of my pizza super soggy
You can’t really talk to a store manager, employees they are all teenagers and have no customer service expectations which is really sad.
I’ll just go to a small business pizza down the street from my house that has excellent service and better pizza!

Tonight at 7:50pm I placed a mobile order. I arrived at the store at 8pm and waited until 8:30 to get my one pizza, drink and crazy bread. The whole time I was there only one associate even spoke to us while 4 or 5 people were just standing in the back talking. There were no pizzas ready so I could see them in the back standing around and not using gloves when handling the food. After finally getting my pizza at 8:35pm and getting home I find my pizza is half not cut and the other half in ridiculous sizes as well as well overcooked. I would like to be contacted by a manager, to wait 40+ minutes with poor customer service and a messed up pizza?! Do better business.
