Don’t eat out much at fast food due to their high cost and quality falling. But I needed a good hamburger. It was good not cheap but you can go to a restaurant ant order one for very little more and usually very good. I like burger king hamburgers and McDonald’s French fries…lol need to marry them.

This has to be the worst Burger King on planet Earth. I don’t know how a place can mess up every single part of the customer experience, but somehow they’ve mastered it.
First off, the service is laughably horrible. I stood there like an idiot for almost 35 minutes while the employees pretended I didn’t exist. They moved slower than dial-up internet and acted annoyed every time someone dared to order food — at a restaurant. Absolutely unbelievable.
When I finally got my food, it looked like someone threw it against the wall, picked it up, and shoved it in the bag. The fries were stone cold, the burger was smashed flat, and everything tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. I’ve had gas station sandwiches fresher than this.
The dining area? Disgusting. Tables greasy, floors sticky, trash overflowing. The whole place smelled like old mop water and regret. I wouldn’t let my dog eat here.
And to top it all off, the employees had the attitude of people who hate their job, hate the customers, and hate life itself. No smiles, no basic courtesy, nothing. Just pure “why are you bothering me?” energy.

This is by far one of the worst Burger King’s I’ve been to. Not because of the service, but the way they are with the food. There is no reason you should ever get a sandwich looking like this. Also, if you order breakfast after 10 o’clock, they never have any biscuits. SMH

Bought a Royal Crispy, and as I was holding it with each hand about to bite, I glanced at the bottom and behold, mold. The chicken was flat and had that dead and dry look to it like it had been dropped behind a heat rack for a few days. Do with this information what you will.
Not sure what their bread food storage practices are, but they are probably due for review.

I go here in my lunch break from time to time and the girl behind the counter always makes me feel cringe as if she did something to my food. Today she was there and a young man called my number and gave me my food, as I was walking away they both started giggling. Needless to say I threw my food in the garbage and I will never return.

I don’t know how this location is still open. Most times I go there there’s only one frantic employee who looks like it’s their first day being an adult let alone working at Burger King. Last time I went to the drive-thru somebody came over speaker saying that there was no one to work the kitchen.

Today I decided to eat lunch at this Burger King. All the help behind the counter were all focused on their cell phones. Two employees walked pass me several times. Never ask if they could help me. I finally ask if someone could take my order. I got a rude response told me I could place my order at the kiosk then walked away. So I left went across the street and had an awesome Lunch at Subway. The service was incredible. I highly recommend going there instead of this Burger King.

There is a miserable old lady that works the overnight shift. I waited 15 minutes for cold hard mozzarella sticks, hard brown fries, missing food items and no milkshake because she didn’t have time to make it and offers me a watery slushy. I asked for a refund and she stated I needed to come back in the morning because she can’t do it. I wish I could give ZERO STARS!! I’ve never had an issue with the morning staff. They honestly need to get rid of someone like her with HORRIBLE customer service.

My family has been going here since the 90s. It’s a damn shame they treated my senior father like a second class citizen after decades of his loyalty. If an 80 year-old walks up to the counter to make a simple order, don’t blow him off and tell him to use the kiosk. Take the damn order! Not only will I no longer allow him to go to this BK, but I will never take anyone in my family to any BK ever again. I hope McDonalds buys you out.
