Ordered food at 2:13:08 PM with not a single other car in the Drive thru, orderd 2 4pc strip meals and a small blizzard. (for context).Came up to the window, paid for my order which came out to $24.55 with tax.
I was then handed my small blizzard and asked to pull forward to the sign and they will bring it out.
I watch as 4-6 cars then order, pay, receive their orders, and pull away as I’m sitting here. 18 minutes go buy as I’m sitting there.
My two meals then come out, and are lukewarm/cold. My blizzard has melted at this point, and is oozing/spilling over creating an extra mess that I now have been sitting here in the rain cleaning. This is absolutely ridiculous and this practice of gaming the time a vehicle is in your drive through needs to stop. Get the food out faster/work more expeditiously, or higher more staff.

Welp here we are again…
Ordered a small caramel pecan blizzard, was given a half empty cup with what looked like to be only vanilla ice cream. Asked the kid, “where’s the rest” to which kid responds, yeah, there was an accident in the kitchen… ok, we hear the machine whirring, comes back, hands a FULL cup of vanilla ice cream, maybe 4 pecans, not even full pieces, no caramel, and no chocolate sauce, pieces, no chocolate what so ever. I ordered a choco brownie extreme blizzard, please add mint. Told ok, I got chocolate on the top, vanilla in the middle, a few nibbles of brownie and wait for it….
NO MINT!!
Come on guys, you can do SOOOOOOO much better. You’ve been there at least a year, pretty sure it’s the same kid that did this last year, but I didn’t get a receipt, so I couldn’t tell you!!! ♀️

There were so many kids (obnoxious teenagers) in this place they could be heard while ordering in the drive thru.

Ethan at the window was very kind and sweet however, the manager we could hear yelling at him inside the store was incredibly rude. I should not be able to hear you yelling at your employees through the window. Especially when he was being very fast and attentive.

Don’t get blizzards here!!! After waiting a really long time I finally got my 2 blizzards and they were super runny and dripping down the sides. No lids, no napkins, just a mess. They didn’t do the blizzard test because it would’ve all come out but I’d waited so long with my toddler I didn’t want to wait for them to make it again. At least the tasted fairly good but it was some of the runniest ice cream I’ve ever had.
Save yourself the disappointment and just go somewhere else.

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen. We live close to this location and our order is almost always wrong. We usually spend at least $60 for our family, and something is consistently missing or incorrect. Tonight, our cheeseburgers had no toppings, and our chicken strip baskets had queso dipping sauce instead of gravy. This isn’t a one-time issue, it happens regularly. I don’t know if management has changed or what is going on, but it is very disappointing.

I’ve had the unique problem when visiting DQ in Boise, their blizzards are runny. Not here. They correctly made the food order. I know it sounds like a stupid but the Boise stores quality has dropped so significantly that I have to go to a different city in order to get a consistent quality of food. This store nailed it on the first try.

They went above and beyond for my grandkids when called and asked if they had the snownam cupcakes we had seen pictured online. They took my phone number and called two days later to tell me the cupcakes were ready! They had never made them before but made them for us anyway❤️
