First we tried going in the store and were told the store was closed when the hours said they were open. They told us we could go through the drive thru though. When we attempted that we were met by inattentive staff who took five to ten minutes before trying to take our order. They then told us that there wasn’t enough food for an order and proceeded to walk away and stop talking to us while we were still waiting to try and order.

Long wait times at drive through, very unenthusiastic staff, often have to repeat my order 3-4 times because the person literally gets sidetracked between me saying my order and them putting it together. Focus on the customer. Also a lot of dishes are often not available, severely limiting the choices. You have to ask for paper plates, silverware and any condiments (the store in the Coral Ridge Mall offers them to you, while this one won’t, and they won’t even given you an opportunity to ask if you’re going through the drive through).

Chicken was dry and had virtually no sauce on it and the chow mein was even dryer. The noodle to vegetable ration was way off. The orange chicken was dry and chewy and barley tasted like chicken. Clearly the food was left is bad/old oil, the woman at the drive through was rude had a horrible attitude, even the camera was hanging off the wall clearly broken. Definitely won’t be returning any time soon!

I don’t really have anything bad to say about this Panda. The portions are always solid and the food tastes good. A lot of other locations skimp on the orange chicken and give the small hard pieces, but here it’s usually the better ones. Same with the chow mein, other spots load it with onions and celery and hardly any noodles, but this place actually balances it out. The food here is consistently good.

The wait time was not bad at all, right when I pulled up I was almost instantly asked what I would like to order. I got orange chicken, firecracker shrimp, and chow mein. The orange chicken, and chow mein was great as usual. But was disappointed by the shrimp. There wasn’t very many pieces of shrimp in the plate I ordered and way too many vegetables. The green beans weren’t cooked the greatest or else I would’ve loved having that big amount of them as I love green beans. The green beans should’ve been cooked longer and there should’ve been a bigger ratio of shrimp compared to the vegetables with it. Other than that no complaints from me.

I ordered a plate to go black pepper angus steak it tastes old and dry and I order my second sides chicken teriyaki they forgot to give the sauce so I had to eat the chicken without flavor I ask for white rice they give the worse dry even hard white rice I ever taste in my life I do not recommend this fast food restaurant

I ordered a family meal online for pickup and it was ready for pickup in about 5 minutes (15 minutes faster than expected). The staff were sweet and helpful at pickup. The food met our expectations for Panda Express (hey, the kids love it, so ….), so a good night all around.

Every time I go through the drive thru Ben is working and he makes my entire day. He seems happy to be working and always wishes me well when I am leaving. Seriously get this man a raise he is great and so is the food.
