I went for lunch to this chipotle I was very excited to get my bowl but when I got to work and open my bowl there was a fly. So thanks to chipotle I didn’t have any lunch. I need my money back and a new bowl.

I’m honestly surprised by some of the negative reviews here because my experience has consistently been the opposite. The team at this location goes out of their way to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about the people coming through the door.
I’m greeted warmly when I walk in, the staff is attentive, and they remember repeat customers — which says a lot. That kind of relationship-based service is rare now and it absolutely keeps me coming back. Even when it’s busy, they stay professional, patient, and upbeat.
Special shoutout to Cynthia, Tommy, Jesús, Mia and Brian — they consistently deliver great customer service and set the tone for the whole store. You can tell there are experienced team members here who take pride in what they do.
Food has been fresh, portions fair, and the overall experience reliable. This location deserves more credit than it’s getting.

Horrible. I ordered it with queso and they didn’t even add any and gave me practically NO rice and like half a scoop of rice corn and cheese. Could literally see the bottom of them bowl. HORRIBLE

Smallest burrito I’ve received from any restaurant ever. It’s the size of a baseball… We went in at 9:30pm (they are open until 11pm) and they had basically cleaned up and turned off the grills. My wife’s burrito bowl had just three pieces of bell pepper from the fajita vegetables she ordered because they weren’t going to make me and were out. We only stopped here because it seemed quick, but I highly recommend avoiding this spot and just going to a local burrito spot instead.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was very disappointing. The cleanliness of the restaurant was noticeably lacking, and I honestly should have walked away once I saw that. Unfortunately, I was hungry and pressed for time, so I went ahead and ordered anyway. As I feared after eating the food I ended up feeling unwell (I’ll spare you the details). This experience has made me question the food handling and sanitation at this location.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness issues moving forward.

If i were given the choice to give this place 0 stars i would. The main problems of concern would have to how small the portions that were put in my bowl and how small the burritos were. Not to mention when me and my family went inside the place, we were all going to order a chicken burrito and chicken bowl but unfortunately there was NO CHICKEN so we forced to order their other un flavorful foods. One more thing that was disappointing was the fact that they were still open for another 4 hours but all their chairs were up and they had already started cleaning the place.

The food at this restaurant was good, and the service was fast. The restaurant definitely needed a thorough cleaning, especially the bathrooms. The location is a little cumbersome because it’s tucked back in the corner of a parking lot. I’d give them another try if I’m back in the area.

It’s SO true when they talk about the small portions. The guy that prepared our food only used the TIP of the tongs for the portions, and I don’t want to talk about the “customer service” part since it was non-existent.
