Real talk, if you go to Buffalo State and you haven’t been here yet, you are only doing yourself a disservice. Every single Friday of every single week I’m in here ordering a pizza and wings to start my weekend. Only had a bad experience one time (they made the wrong wings) and not only did they remake em free of charge, they let me keep the wrong wings and let me off with a free 2 liter. Customer interaction is fast and snappy, food is always ready on time (for me), and I’ll be damned if the garlic parm wings aren’t the best I’ve had. 10/10.

The first time I ordered pizza it was not up to par but after speaking with manager Steve and trying it once more, I can assure you that mister pizza is the go to pizza place for all college kids!! Pizza was absolutely delish and all of my special instructions were honored! Being a picky eater it’s hard to find a place willing to make sure everything is how it should be!! Recommend to any person seeing this review!! Very very satisfied!!

I used to go here. 3 times a week, just for the pizza. I have them cut it in squares , with extra cheese, and regular pepperoni. So good. But unfortunately. Worst place to order food from almost 2 hours for delivery. Cold food when it arrives and dry. You call to inform mister pizza and they hang up on you saying “well its going to be another hour and half”. Worst place ever. Suicidal wings is just Frank’s hot sauce. Order from someone different. Rude and obnoxious. I called about an order through slice that later said it was cancelled. So I called the Grant location and the women that answered the phone was very rude, in turn as oppose to asking if I would like to order again she directed me to call the other location on Elmwood. So I did they also are rude. so after not finding the order and confirming my money will be returned in 3-5 days from slice go figure. I call back to the Grant location just to be answered rudely again but by a man and placed on hold. So I hung up. In short you people will never have my business again.

Had placed multiple orders for delivery from this location twice already & both times I’ve received the food ice cold & hours late. Pizza presentation was not great. I had ordered sesame crust & the sesame was everywhere but on the crust & toppings was just clunk up together instead of spread around the pie. Pizza also lacks flavor. I will not be ordering from here anymore.

They have brick oven pizzas here which everyone in buffalo should try. Soooooo delicious and I cannot stop ordering them. If you order from the Slice app they also give you some discounts. Really good people.

The lady who answered the phone was trying it. Very rude and hung up the phone without me finishing my order nor told me the price or how long was the wait. So I called homegirl back for her to answer the phone saying “what” so I canceled my order and told her that she was rude and unprofessional. She then said “yea yea I don’t care” and hung up! Like?! Wtfffff. Someone please call Gordon Ramsey on this place or something!!!
