Welcoming place with great food selection.
Everything is tasty and freshly cooked. Elk was honestly the best I ever had, softly dissolving on the tongue. Highly recommend trying it yourself.

We had a private room with close to 30 people and it was really nice. The room was a little on the dark side, but we were very happy to get a private room. The food was excellent and had lots of good choices for the adult. The younger kids were very happy that they could order pizza from the bowling alley downstairs, so everyone was really happy. We stayed pretty late because it was a memorial dinner for the grandparents so there were lots of speeches. The staff was just great and very friendly and told us to take our time and never rushed us. We will diffently go back diffently time.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the creamy mushroom soup—it was so delicious that I’d go back just for it. The caramel brûlée was also excellent. However, the rest of the dishes were fairly average.

The Snowdrifters Ski Club had a wonderful evening at the Brasserie. Organizing a group dinner for 29 people can often be a logistical challenge, but Michelle and Stephan were great to work with and made the process seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.
The setup in the golf room was spectacular. The long table was set beautifully, providing the perfect atmosphere for our members to gather and celebrate.
Our members were delighted by the variety offered, and whether they chose the Short Rib Bourguignon, the Salmon, the Airline Chicken, or the Mushroom Risotto, the consensus was the same: the food was exceptional. Everyone raved about the quality of their meals.

Amazing food paired with the best service rivaling any fine dining in LA. A goto every year when we come. The Ribeye, short rib, beef carpaccio, and elk are all memorable and there isnt enough room on this forum to describe each well enough to do them justice.

Brasserie located in the Rock ‘N’ Bowl is a delicious find in Mammoth Lakes. It’s a French, upscale (but still casual) restaurant located on the second floor above the bowling alley. We had the wild mushroom strudel, escargot and duck. We highly recommend all three. The French soup looked marvelous and the dessert options were expansive. The service was wonderful and friendly as well as very helpful with wine selection.

I’ve visited this place tens of times, and it never disappoints. The food quality, service and atmosphere are always great.
Their regular menu is already very good, but they always have some specials.
Visited them on my summer trip, and enjoyed the views on a chill Friday evening.

Entire dining experience was awesome. We had late lunch so weren’t that hungry but didn’t want to cancel the reservation at last minute either so showed up and we are so glad that we did.
Our server was very nice and kind, explained kids in details their choices.
Food menu is decent, wine choices are good too and most importantly the quality of food was outstanding

This is a rating strictly on the bowling experience. We had 9 people bowling with 2 lanes (lanes 5&6). Within the first game there were issues with the scoring of the bowling and skipping players turns, and the pins not resetting properly. When the issue was brought up to the front desk they said once we started a new game it would reset and improve but it never did. When we requested a discount, it was denied (“you can find the managers email on the website” supposedly…) and they even confessed to the lanes having prior issues. Paid $393 for an hour and half and didn’t have a proper bowling experience unfortunately.

This is our second dinner at the brassiere. The food is excellent so we had to come back. They have a decent cocktail menu: we sampled three and the favorite was Smoky Jumper with mezcal. The special appetizer of the day was mushroom and truffle risotto and I have to compliment the chef it was the best risotto we ever tasted. The mushroom strudel appetizer is on their regular menu and is also a great choice for mushroom lovers. In addition we got escargot and Cesar salad. The mains were elk in sweet reduction sauce, steak with creamy porcini sauce, duck , and seared scallops. The main dishes were served with mashed potatoes, green beans and rainbow carrots. I love roasted carrots but the ones we were served yesterday were barely blanched and not caramelized. So more work needed on the carrots. To complete the meal we ordered the crème brûlée. It was delicious but could be improved with a better sugar crust. The crust was not burned or melted enough. The server was great. She kept smiling, was very sweet, informative and attentive. I would have rated them 5 stars but they refused to cork our wine citing some lame excuse about insurance policy.
