Food was fast and delicious. They even packaged my leftovers for me and did it carefully setting the noodles in their own container. I went in at 4pm but I was still surprised at how fast the food arrived. The tofu spring rolls had plenty of good stuff instead of being 90% noodles inside. I got the special which was vegan since I ordered tofu. Restroom was clean and the decor was cute. Very friendly service. I was starving for a healthy meal and I’m so glad I picked this place.

authentic and fresh!
I was craving Vietnamese food today and found this place nearby on yelp. I started with brisket Bao buns, which were sitting on a perfect smear of hoisin sauce and crisp vegetables. The buns are quite filling so I was pleased to see No Meat Pho on the menu (just broth, noodles and fixings.) the beef broth is so flavorful and was served steaming hot. I did have room for more protein so I ordered a side of chicken, which was excellent and you could taste the charcoal from the grill. Everything was very fresh. The service was very friendly and the ambience was relaxing. Very clean inside as well. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes.

Super friendly staff, the broth is so tasty! The meats were all delicious as well. I eat pho almost religiously on Sundays and have tried many places around town. This place was great! Will be back again soon hopefully

This is my favorite pho restaurant in Austin! I’ve been coming here for 10+ years with my family. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. And the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. You must try their pho and coconut juice! It’ll nourish your soul.

I think this is the best pho I’ve had in Austin. My partner and I have been getting the Viet Beef Stew for 5+ years now and it hits so so hard and is the best soup in town. Also great staff in an unassuming space.
This is a sleeper pick in Austin that I hope stays here forever. Thank you Het Say, keep up the good work.
No notes. 1 million/10

Really good Vietnamese food. I had the beef pho (the steak was not as tender/lacked flavor but the rest of the soup was really good) the shrimp roll was really good the lemongrass banh mi was definitely my favorite dish in this restaurant! It was so delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive and prices were reasonable. I also had the Thai teas with boba (the tea 10/10 the boba was over cooked and did not taste good)

Best vegetarian pho in town, full stop. Get the no meat pho with veggie broth—as close to the original as it gets, no random vegetables added. The broth is magical. It has brought me back to life when I’m sick or dehydrated many, many times.
Another favorite of mine is the lemongrass stir fry vermicelli bowl. It’s super flavorful and has a perfect balance of noodles and veggies. So good.
Food aside, the vibe is chill. The same man is always working when I come, and he is so kind. I love this place. It’s one of my favorite restaurants.

Went to Het Say Vietnamese Kitchen today. It was really good. Best Pho we’ve had so far in Austin, especially at $8.50 per bowl. We also tried pork bao buns which were really good too. Definitely coming back to try more of their menu. Service was friendly and good too.

YUM! I’m always looking for a great tofu dish. I ordered the lemongrass tofu vermicelli bowl with an egg roll. The portion was sooo big. It was extremely satisfying and tasty. The service is great! It was only one waiter while I was there. He is very attentive and personable.

I ordered the veggie pho with beef broth, and it came with a generous variety of fresh vegetables. The broth was flavorful, and the portion size was just right.
I’d definitely visit again!
