I came here a few years ago and absolutely loved it and I was really looking forward to having the iconic blooming onion again! However, this time, unfortunately I was left disappointed! The flavours were good but the mozzarella sticks erred overly greasy, the chicken was dry and despite ordering “medium” my steak was pretty much still alive in the middle! Plus when I went to the restrooms, there was a lot of smelly brown liquid all over the floor!

This was our first time at this location of outback and we were so impressed from the moment we arrived! We came at 7 PM on a Friday night; we signed in online to shorten the wait. We were a large party, so when we arrived, we were told that it would still be an additional 30 minutes. No problem. I took my elderly father who is 95 years old to the bar to look for a seat; however, there were no seats available. The manager noticed us and came up and asked our name. And simply said “I’ve got you.”
He went and pulled tables together to make a space for all of us, and had us seated within five minutes. it meant so much to me that he observed our need and prioritized us so that my father could have a good experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, as was the food. Troy Moore is such a fantastic manager, and we will be back because of him.

Mixed reviews decided to give it a try… but we were sorely disappointed… Do Not Recommend…
FOOD & DRINKS: Victoria Filet, Sirloin, Chicken, Mac, Fries, Shrimp on the Barbie, Veggies, either rotten, cold, burnt or overcooked!! How?! What!? How can this chain allow this to happen?? It used to be one of our favorite places to enjoy a meal. They were even OUT of 50% of the drinks on their menu!
EXPERIENCE: Worst Experience Ever..
Party of 6, we were sat at a wobbly half booth. After pointing it out to the waitress without any care or comment from her..
We tried shoving some coasters under the wobbly feet to keep our table from toppling over with our waters to No Avail! We took our drinks over to the next semi-stable table next to us which we were given a not so great look from our waitress. That was pretty funny!
WAITED Over an Hour for our crap meal and we had to continuously had to find out waitress. Horrible service!
Location is great! This place itself is pretty rundown and definitely needs a deep cleaning. I’d hate to see what the kitchen looks like after visiting the RR and with the broken table experience.
STARS: I would give it minus stars if I could. Paid OVER $200.00 for crap food. Save your money and your time!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I went to Outback Steakhouse yesterday with my family. The food was good, but the atmosphere wasn’t the best because our server came across as a bit hostile, which affected the overall experience. That said, I want to give a lot of credit to Waldir, who was an amazing host. Even though he was the host, he helped us more than our actual server and made sure we were taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and truly made a difference during our visit. Thanks to him, the experience was much better.

We went to this Outback at the ICON park. We want to say this place service was excellent. The waitress and the hostess were awesome and spectacular. We had lunch there. They made sure our food was good, hot, and excellent. Our waitress checked on us made sure we didn’t need anything. I ordered a wedge salad and forgot to tell them no blue cheese and onion. When he brought it out I told them and they made a new for me. Also had teriyaki chicken, very good. So sweet and appreciated it very much, for making me a new wedge salad my husband loved his chopped steak with broccoli and onions. The hostess recommended it. She was very sweet. Great choice, he said the taste was excellent. Thank you for recommending this to him. We enjoyed our meal. Thank you to the staff who waited on us. Very kind and sweet. When ever we come back we will most definitely come there. We give this 10 stars ⭐ for how they treated us. Keep up the great work. We are from up north came for a short vacation. Thank you all who worked here at noon for lunch.

The meat was perfect, the sweet potato was a very nice surprise and the Mac and cheese were just delicious. Loved the ambiance and the service was great. The coconut shrimps were soo good, everything was perfectly seasoned. Esther was very nice with us.
