At the airport. Waited 10 minutes while the 2 ladies behind the counter made black coffees & completely ignored me. I ended up just setting my stuff down and leaving even though there were no other options open in the terminal

It was the worst service I ever had. I was on my 30 minute lunch. There was only one person ahead of me. Two women would not stop talking and one guy was doing everything. The fries were nasty the hot dog was okay . When they took my order it was what do you want. Not how can I help you today and how are you today. Horrible… Whoever is running this Corporation really needs to start firing and rehiring and being in the front . We need to have outgoing and awesome people working at any food place especially in the airport . They are very rude I will never come here for lunch again.

We went and was told to come back 20-25 mins later due to ‘stocking’ (the people in front of
us just ordered so we were the first people told) went again an hour later (desperately hungry for warm food from not eating due to delays) and was told to leave and come back in 30 mins due to them ‘having no food’, although i just watched them redo an order with 4 different meals in 10 mins. Never ended up getting food. Terrible service..

Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible workers who tell you that you are wrong after they make a mistake. Takes 30 minutes for basically microwaved food. The fries were almost still cold and tasted disgusting.
My sister ordered a cold coffee and they gave her a hot coffee and they were being rude aswell. Horrible everything. Only good thing is the snacks they sell and its hard to even do that wrong. The Sandwich we ordered also tasted cold and wasnt even good at all.

What a decieving low-blow place?! The Veggie Wrap had neither Hummus, nor Artichoke Hearts (as supposed to – see picture) in it whatsoever, and maybe there was 1.5 tinny slice of mushroom. Shame!

Came into the airport from a long flight only had 30 minutes until we caught the shuttle, so our only option outside security was Alki Bakery. It was a a delicious prepackaged sandwich at a reasonable cost. My husband ordered 2 chocolate donuts, we were surprised when we opened the box to find 4, and again they were delicious and fresh. Staff was friendly and quick. I would love to purchaseo their bread by the loaf. Thank you.

I saw they had no line and thought it would be quick. Waited about 10 minutes for an americano and bagel, to watch my bagel sit out in the open getting cold. This is also health hazard, especially during covid. The older lady made me repeat my order like 4 times and still got it wrong in the end, then tried to blame it on me because she couldn’t keep up with 3 details. What a waste of time and money. The younger girl was sweet during our 1 second interaction. If you’re too old and out of touch to handle the slow business, don’t work in a perpetually fast-paced environment like coffee

The menu advertises fries in the photo but doesn’t list it in the description and they were so rude when we pointed it out and asked for clarification. Also they couldn’t stay off their phones before helping customers. So rude.
