I recently went in with my daughter. I ordered her the kids meal with the chicken. The chicken was too spicy for her so I asked if I could have the meat exchanged for something less spicy. She suggested the steak would be better. Rather than swap the meat I was charged an additional 5.50 for the meat. That’s nearly the cost of the kids meal (5.79). I paid double for a meal my daughter ended up not eating. I tried calling the store to discuss the matter with the store manager but instead spent 10 minutes battling the AI automated prompter to get me to a person I could talk to. Eventually I gave up after it said the store employees were too busy making burritos. lol The only other option I had was to fill out the automated survey found on the receipt. I filled that out as well and provided my feedback. Now I’m here posting this so that others know that customer service is not a priority for Chipotle. So much for being customer centric. We won’t be eating here anymore.

I’ve been a regular multiple times a week at this location since they’ve opened. I order the SAME thing every single time. Yesterday, some rude employee tells me I can’t put beans in my quesadilla because it’s a fire hazard. I told her that order this same thing every-time and she didn’t give a hoot. Ruined my meal. What ever happened to restaurant consistency???

First time eating at this chain. We both had bowls. Food was completely cold even though we were second in line. Chips were so salty we couldn’t eat them and the guacamole tasted weird. Probably won’t go back.

Place a pick up order through the app but decided to dine in.
I ordered 2 burritos and a kids plate.
Our order was ready by the time we arrived (approx 10 minutes). There was plenty of room to sit down and everything was clean and organized.
The food was made exactly to order and tasted great.
The staff was the best part of the experience. Multiple employees checked on us while we ate. The manager even made my son a cheese quesadilla when he was being picky with his order. When it was time to leave, a staff member brought me a bag for the leftovers.
5/5 and will be back soon!

They charged me for a quesadilla that I didn’t order and couldn’t figure out how to refund me. They said it would be refunded but a week later and still didnt get it. I love Chipotle but after them being unable to refund me they can keep the $10 and I will take my buisness elsewhere

Had their carne asada the other day and while it wasn’t bad it had too high a percentage of steak strips with gristle in them. And the majority of seating is stools with far too few tables with actual chairs. The staff was nice and helpful though. Expensive for what it was.

We placed a catering order for Christmas Eve. Arrived a bit early, food was ready. Hot food was hot, cold food was cold. Staff very friendly, food was excellent and plenty for everyone. Our first Chipotle experience ever. 100% will order again.

Decided to try this place out with my coworker today for lunch. We both got burrito bowls. My coworker was disappointed there wasn’t a larger selection of veggies but outside of that, we were very impressed with the food. The seating area was a bit of a mess and small/crowded but service was polite, quick and helpful and we found a corner to tuck into. I will definitely be back.
