Placed my order 10:30 pm placed my order everything good I’m waiting for my order 11:30 pm hit nothing yet. I gave it till 11:40 I called the lady didnt make sense asking me where I place my order when she was the one that too my order. She said she remembered me placing it but them went silent and looked up the zip code. Said dont worry about it it’s late. It’s 12:00 am now and nothing yet went on the website I ordered through it says they closed. Had me waiting for nothing .. poor service & unprofessional. Won’t be ordering from here no more. My family and I ordered 1 large stuffed crust and a medium pizza. We got the large stuffed crust and the pizza itself tasted okay but unfortunately I think the cheese in the crust went sour. I called too let them know and she issued me a full refund and is sending me out a replacement pizza and threw in an extra dessert! Will order from here again very impressed with the service!

I’ve noticed that Pizza Hut drivers tend to hit the “delivered” button about 10 minutes before actually arriving. This time, I had to call because my food never showed up, only to be told, “Oh, we had to remake it.” No one thought to call or update me about that.
When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even hot just warm. The pizza tasted doughy, and the toppings seemed like they were just thrown on at the last minute. Honestly, Pizza Hut doesn’t have to worry about getting my business again after this experience.

Worst Pizza Hut Location. They consistently forgot items and they always forget the Parmesan Blend on Pepperoni Melts leaving them incredibly bland and tasteless. This has happened over the past several orders.

About as bad as you can get. 45min past estimated delivery time and the box was smashed. Pizza and bread sticks mildly warm, had to reheat. Seemed like it was sitting on the counter for 45mins, bread was soggy. Driver left only after we called the store.

Well I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra pepperoni, extra sauce and sausage. I’m trying to figure out what I would’ve gotten if I hadn’t asked for extra! It actually seems like there is hardly any sauce at all, the pepperoni is just the regular amount. This is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had! I won’t ever waste my time ordering from them again! The only thing I can say good is that it was delivered on time. Update, I called the restaurant to voice my displeasure with my pizza and they said “we can give you a credit on a future order or remake the pizza” hmm do I really wait them to “make me another pizza” when they can do anything to the reorder and I don’t want a credit for a future order because yeah not going to waste anymore money with them

This Pizza Hut is elite. I ordered a pizza with light sauce, extra cheese, and a Sprite — and let me tell you, it tasted like success. I don’t know what kind of magic they’re working back there, but the cheese-to-sauce ratio was so perfect it brought a tear to my eye.
The staff is fast, especially Taylor! is super friendly, and lowkey deserve their own reality show! Her humor and personality is unmatched. The place is clean, the vibes are good, and the pizza hits every time. If you’re not eating here, you’re doing pizza wrong!

This is what I get over an hour after my order. It was supposed to be fresh out of the oven from what they said over the phone. Nope. Too much sauce on the pizza. No sauce for the bread sticks they I guess they forgot to season. The cinnamon sticks were ok at least.
