I am very disappointed, I ordered large onion rings and this is what I got, I did eat 1 onion ring before I took the Pic. I also ordered 2 whoppers and asked with a “please” if they can give me the whoppers hot because in the past I have received them cold and they said “Yes”. When I arrived to my job which is 3 to 4 min. away, it was cold. What happened Burger King I am very disappointed .

Arbys drive thru was horrible, ended up here instead. One (or two, didn’t see anybody else) working here. Friendly, professional worker… and the fries were HOT. Whopper made my way, good stuff.

So try Burger King again it’s Valentine’s Day and again this is what I received. Today is January 18th 2024 time is 9:54. Whatever manager is working at this store early in the morning or the drive-thru window. Very rude. Disrespectful and smashed. My sandwich will not be spending my money there anymore and I go there every single day.

Omg can there be a manager? Someone to supervise how they treat people? Or there must be someone that works for service to go and try to order something from them, to see how deficient the service is, those kind of people are built the same, I don’t know who hires people there, they will get that Burger King in ruins, that’s the closest one I have that’s why I keep going, I will stop for sure. Rudest people ever, all of them I haven’t got any good service there. I won’t say anything about those people. Trying to order something simple as a whopper with cheese in a large combo is too hard for them to process in their brains, I’m being serious the situation is that bad in there. Same situation always. Go to McDonald’s, it’s just a minute away from there.

I placed a carryout order inside. I made a simple request for fresh fries. I made that request because I had to drive to drop the food. The employee kept telling me they were fresh, but the fries were in the bin when I arrived. They did drop some while I was waiting for my order. I again requested for the fresh fries. Your employee did accommodate my request. Although, not before I was verbally attacked by a customer. Literally telling me to let her do her job. I was so set back that I will not enter your establishment ever again. There’s a reason I spend more for Culver’s, but my family really wanted BK. I was not disrespectful and you can view it on camera if you’d like. I did however tell the consumer to mind her fing business! I guess what I want out of this, is be aware of your surroundings because the crazy is EVERYWHERE! I have a right as a paying customer to expect fresh food. I mean seriously!! I also tried to call and speak with someone about the experience, but thwy refused to answer the phone. So there’s that…..

Love Burger King, I have yet to find a Burger King that has disappointed me. Burger King needs more respect. I can go to the Arch place and leave totally disappointed and discouraged. Burger King fixes all that is wrong.
