I was thankful they agreed to fix my order. Taste was great and would have received 5 stars if there wasn’t any pork as requested. There is a language barrier so special requests are ignored. Very disappointed that I found pork in my plain Trifongo when I clearly mentioned I don’t eat it.

My boyfriend and I usually love Taino’s, but our visit on October 21st at 1:30PM was disappointing and concerning. We had already placed a to-go order when I went to use the women’s restroom and found a homeless man standing at the sink with his hands underneath it. I quickly left to tell my boyfriend, and the man later exited, making other women visibly uncomfortable before leaving. When I went back, there were white marks under the sink and a strong odor.
We let the staff know after he left, but the situation wasn’t handled in a way that made us feel safe. When we got home, we realized our order was wrong and the frappe wasn’t properly blended. This is unlike the Taino’s we’ve always enjoyed, and I hope management improves both restroom security and attention to detail in orders to ensure guests feel safe and valued again.

Roxana had amazing customer service! We came as a party of 7 visiting Florida for the theme parks and heard great things about Tainos Bakery that was just knew we had to try it! Upon arrival Roxana instantly greeted up with warmth and patience! The food was delicious and the pastries are phenomenal! I would 100 percent recommend coming here

I can’t tell if this is real with 6k good reviews but come on, it is not as expected. Way below expectations for that many good reviews. Food was not great or warm, coffee tastes weird not even close to real Cuban coffee. Their pastries are meh! Definitely won’t be coming back!
