The food here is heaven. The buffet is the best I’ve ever ate at and its all homemade food. Stewed tomatoes and sweet potatoes were so dang good… Smoked ham was just perfect and I recommend all to come visit this amazing restaurant. Rumor has it they going to turn this into an IHOP and I really hope they dont because it would be a shame.

It’s a good friendly place to sit down and take a load off. Ordered food is for the most part great. Buffet can get a little crusty at times, but it’s a great family friendly place I’ll continue to take mine to!

Have been there several times! Not impressed with the upkeep of the buffet or the service! It takes me 6 months to return to this place only hoping each time i would see better results! Items on buffet are not stirred and are usually dried out! Was asked to get fish instead of the meat on the buffet and was told it would cost additional. Not everyone eats meat! Need to be trained on true customer service and what that means! Changes needed!

Soup and salad bar was excellent, unfortunately downhill from there. Daughter’s shrimp was fine, but wife’s chicken was dry and no flavor. My steak and sauteed mushrooms tasted bland and the pinto beans were so bad I was done with it after the first bite. First and last trip, hopefully Stony Ridge will be better.

Have given 2 stars because I have been there for breakfast before and it was great, but last night I took my family out and it was awful. There were 8 of us, two being children, and as we entered the hostess while leaning over her counter told us we could seat ourselves. We found a table and had to wait almost 10 minutes to be greeted by our waitress. We gave our drink orders and looked over the menus. About 15 minutes later we received our drinks and after giving out the first 5 drinks, spilled the final on 3 drinks on the floor, splashing on 4 of my family. I truly felt bad for our waitress and this all could be forgiven but the food was awful. Buffet food was dry and overcooked. We were told this was a seafood buffet and all I saw was 2 different kinds if fish and some kind of casserole with seafood in it. The beef and pork appeared to be salvaged and re cooked. I do understand the practice as I worked in food service for 20 years, but this was truly poor and the buffet was almost 14 bucks. Chicken was dry and bland. The dessert table included dry sheet cake and rice Krispy treats. Salad bar was actually pretty good. The waitress took over 25 minutes to bring food ordered of the menu. My wife’s club sandwiches toast was burnt and the final meal was brought out 5 minutes later still. I saw the manager deal with another customer that was disappointed with their food and the manager stated the error was caused because they were busy. I scanned the floor and didn’t see when they were even over half full. I was too upset to talk civil to him so I am writing this now. If so busy, why in the first 40 minutes of our visit had I not seen him before helping his staff. Friday night should be a night when a facility should put their best foot forward, but they could barely stand. I don’t think I will return. I wish I would have spoken to the manager in person.

I got the breakfast buffet which was under under $11. Food was good. When I walked in there was no signage to sit yourself or wait to be seated. After walking slowly to the counters there were two waitresses talking to each other but did not acknowledge me. I sat myself and my waitress was cordial.

Food was old and dry. When asked to make fresh food, they mixed newly prepared into the old food. Salad bar was fresh. Staff was friendly. Extremely clean. Wish I could have had a better dining experience. Dog run was great!

It had a great service even though when we arrived they were setting up breaks the switch in waitresses was so smooth you wouldn’t have even noticed it changed. Really good food, salad bar is great. Soups of the day is good as well. Great variety of food choices
