The only thing I can say positively about this Chipotle location is that they are consistent at getting things WRONG. The chicken bowl I ordered not only had too much rice (I requested light) it was gummy. I also asked for chips with my order but received an under done, borderline obscene tortilla shell. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order, but it is officially my last time. I enjoy Chipotle… but never again from this location.

Sat at the window for 10+ minutes (I wish I was kidding) Staff is incredibly unwelcoming and the burrito I got completely fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it, and it was cold. They also didn’t include items in my order. I’ve given this location multiple attempts and each time it gets worse & worse.

Do not order or doordash from here. Food everywhere, watched someone put food in his mouth and handle food without washing them. I guess since its doordash only they assume they can have nasty attitudes and ignore food safety since the customer isnt watching. Wrong. Stood for 10 minutes. Finally was asked what the name on my order was, let them know I haven’t ordered yet. Was ignored, figured ok maybe busy. Waited another 5, asked if they weren’t taking orders, was told its online only. I asked so when you asked what my order was and I said I didnt place one yet you didnt think to tell me? Was then met with a nasty teenage attitude saying they shouldnt have to say something (make that make sense) You work here, it is your JOB to say something. Doordash orders or not, its still customer service. Finally someone said they would take my order, walked out after looking at the nasty old food spread about.

I have ordered twice from this location and i’ve received exactly what i ordered. The order was completed on time and nothing was missing. The guacamole is always delicious and fresh. However the agua fresca fountains should be cleaned a little better it looked like a truck stop lol You can dine inside or outside weather permitting.

The workers were tired and rude first off and this was my first experience at Chipotle. They didn’t have any guacamole and only white rice. All the food dishes were barely empty and the place was filthy. Forks dirty, trash everywhere and their was at least 4 employees that could have been cleaning. Like I’ve never been to a restaurant so dirty. The only reason I even still got my purchase is because I didn’t want it to go in the trash.

This place need staff on deck at all times. I love Chipotle, however but, its usually only 1 person making the orders so the lines get so long. Secondly the work station are a mess, silverware and napkins are hit or miss! Sometimes you get Sometimes not! I need to find another location

I wanted a small burrito with ground beef and beans and cheese. What I got was a big fat burrito with a bunch of rice and roast that wasn’t even shredded and it was spicy. I just had oral surgery and I wanted something soft that I could eat. I couldn’t even eat this. I will not be going back there. My husband said $38 and we weren’t happy at all with the food!

Very little chicken in the bowl and very little toppings of the other toppings, on a week day middle of the day had drive thru only and that was if you had ordered online, and the little amount they did put in the bowl had very little flavor I ended up trashing it and going to McDonald’s dang double cheeseburger never tasted so good

The establishment was highly disorganized, with staff members rushing around in a hurry. The cleanliness standards were far from satisfactory, as the place appeared to be in a state of utter disarray. The unclean environment was so off-putting that I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting down to eat. To top it off, the staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, making the entire experience an unpleasant one.

Employees were extremely rude and did not even acknowledge our existence in the drive thru. Mind you they kept looking at us but no one came to the window. We waved them down and after 15 minutes they ask for the name on the order. Then another 25 minutes later they tell us to come back thru the drive thru in a couple minutes. Then 10 minutes later we check our order and don’t see the guacamole we paid for so it takes them 5 more minutes to return come to the window again and they said they ” just ran out” so after a total of 1.5 hours waiting for our order we get cold garbage nothing we ordered was correct or even edible. It was cold the cheese was dry chicken instead of steak smothered in sour cream no rice in 3/4 bowls and the one that had rice it was not brown and undercooked and the toppings were missing. Our dog won’t even eat it.
