If you’re looking for something to fuel yourself up for lunch, the spicy chicken with rice is a must-try. The chicken is super tender and juicy, and $10 for this portion is definitely worth it! The lady who took my order was really friendly and welcoming too.

This is an old standard on the Temple food truck scene. It’s been on campus for as long as I’ve been teaching. Always dependable. Always super friendly service. Also, a great value– generous portions, and still under $10 for teppanyaki. Most recently, I ordered the shrimp over rice. Flavor was decent: soy, ginger, garlic in a sugary sauce (presumably cornstarch thickened). If you like that familiar American-Asian sweetness with a strong savory/sodium/saltiness, you won’t be disappointed. Definitely add the hot sauce for some chili-garlic kick. I do wish they used bigger shrimp, but I don’t see how they could keep the prices so low if they did. I also want more broccoli. I mean, there’s plenty of veggies, but it’s mostly shredded cabbage and carrots…which makes for a nice crunchy mouth feel, but more green things would help me trick myself into believing that I’m eating something healthy. Overall, the Teppanyaki Truck is among Temple’s stalwart choices; it won’t blow your mind, but it will satisfy your belly. And it’s hard to imagine that anyone who eats here wouldn’t eventually return for more.

No complaints about the service. The lady taking orders was very nice and helpful. I just felt a bit misled with my Beef Teppanyaki. The picture on the truck has sliced beef and I got ground beef that really didn’t have any taste. For $10, it’s not terrible but I expected to get the quality in the picture instead of bland ground beef.

My absolute favorite food truck on campus, always so fresh, delicious, and super affordable. A whole plate of shrimp teppanyaki for $10? Yes, that’s possible! Service is extremely fast and so friendly. Definitely will be coming back and recommending!

The people who work this food truck are very nice to me. Every time they see me they have a smile on their face and already know my order. Going to temple for four years this is a bright spot for me. I highly recommend people to go to this food truck, its the best food truck on campus. Ill miss it when I graduate.
