usually has a decent and clean interior which nowadays for a fast food restaurant is a big compliment. food is always good. almost always really fast too. multiple times I’ve been the only one in the drive thru, ordered my food, and they had it at the window ready when I pulled around. AND it was good. AND it was right.

And this is the Bleu Grilled Chicken salad that I was served…. should be a ashamed!!! Every time I decide to never eat here again, I give them another chance and they prove my frustration over and over.

Pathetic. This is what an $11 wings n things looks like here. Not only was this cold and almost nothing there….they forgot the celery and the toast. And they can’t say it was an isolated incident, because when I took it back thru the drive thru, they served me.the same portions and one less wing because I ate a cold one. Rude staff also. Cut me off before I could tell them it was missing celery and toast. Never received my toast and celery….and when I called into the lobby the manager told me she personally remade The food and she assured me it was to her standards, and that she’d need the entire plate back for a refund. My wife and I ate lunch that day, it cost me $26…. Never again Zaxby’s. Never again

Many times we have frequented this local Zaxby’s and really have never encountered any problems! Our order is consistent, Kiddie Fingers Meal, sub coleslaw for fries. Tonight we were told, “the Kiddie Fingers meal doesn’t come with slaw”, almost as if we weren’t heard. I repeated the order only to be told, “we don’t sub coleslaw for fries!” I explained that we have done so in the past, but was told, “we can’t do that!” I told the young lady to have a good evening and that Zaxby’s lost good customers! More and more fast food restaurants are forgetting about Customer Service amid their raising prices!

The food was hot but definitely not fresh. The staff ignored me until i asked would someone take my order cause the online ordering is not working. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food. Update now they reply with we glad you enjoyed your experience and im like no i didn’t who wants to wait that long for food.
