Not too bad for a typical cheap diner experience. Service was good but the interior needs some TLC. The Maryland crab soup was more like vegetable soup with a tiny bit of crab, but the patty melt on rye was all right. I’d come back as it’s inexpensive but not because it’s outstanding food by any means.

This was our first time visiting North Point dinner. We ordered breakfast and picked it up. When you walk in you can see this seems like a small hometown place to eat. There are tables, a few booths and counter seating. Lottery tickets are sold there along with scratch off tickets. The atmosphere was calm and inviting. There was only one waitress, she was kind and attentive. The food was very reasonably priced and the portions were plentiful. We will definitely visit North Point Diner again.

Food is good. HOWEVER MENU PRICES ONLINE ARE WRONG! Told employees and no one knew what to do! Acted like the website doesn’t belong to the establishment however right on the menu I took off the counter it’s the website listed! Make that make sense.

All the booth leather seat covers need replaced. There are slits directly in the middle and when you sit down you sink in the seats. This can damage our clothes. The owner can get real or fake leather in a fabric shop, and cushion filler at DJ Liquidators down the street. The restaurant is great. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is great. Seeing those seats makes you wonder how well other part of the place are kept up.

Went for breakfast and ended up leaving after almost an hour of waiting. Staff was slow and too busy talking and rolling silverware to clean tables or refill coffee. Watched as our food was put into window, while our waitress had a full conversation with customers who just came in. Saw a takeout order put into window. Our waitress finally went to service window and started bagging up to go order while my food sat up there. No other waitress seemed interested in bringing our food or refilling our coffee cups, which had been empty for about 15 minutes. I had ordered eggs and wasn’t interested in cold food after it sat there so long. Got up and left. Went to Sparrows Point Diner and was seated and had coffee immediately and food in about 15 minutes, cheaper too. Will not return.

Stopped by for carry out, ordered an egg sandwich with cheese and mayo on a Kaiser roll. Received egg and cheese on a hamburger roll. Pleasantly pleased with the nice portion of egg. Will try again..

Service was great and friendly, very quick as well, the food for me though in general wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. The place was not busy so I can’t say they rushed and made the food bad. May have been a bad day maybe but food could have tasted better.

Kitchen staff don’t know how to process tickets. They do one ticket at a time and meals take forever to get. Staff also allows people to cut line to be seated. We had a party of two and while waiting 2 other groups of two sat at 2 other tables for six. The staff said nothing and attended to them. We never even got menus. Will not be returning.

The food was awful, the service was slow and the atmosphere was cold and uninviting. I would never eat there again. I had “fish & chips”. The fish was small and greasy. My husband’s meal was okay, but room temperature (Mash potatoes)!

Stopped in here on a recommendation and couldn’t have been happier. I got the Md Crab soup and a fish sandwich. Both were very good and in fact I enjoyed the soup so much that I got not one but two bowls to go.
