Took my 18 year old daughter for her graduation meal. Our waitress was the sweetest, well-mannered young lady we have ever had. It was her first day back from having a baby. The appetizers we excellent (parm fries and hamburger cabbage rolls). Their Bloody Mary’s are excellent. For our main dishes we had seared tuna tataki salad (way too much pepper, ruined the salad), cheesey mushroom soup (my wife loved), pasta carbonara (my daughter liked but the chicken had a smoked flavor she wasn’t keen on), and pasta da Vinci ( best dish of the three). With a tip, the lunch cost us $255. We got cheesecake to go and the size was depressing for the cost (11.50/each). We will not eat there without a gift card. It’s just too expensive for an average income family.

We had a great experience at the Cheesecake Factory in Columbus. Even though there was about a 25-minute wait, it wasn’t bad at all—we spent the time browsing the Barnes & Noble next door, which made it go by quickly.
Once our table was ready, we were seated promptly and greeted right away. Our server, Caleb, was fantastic from start to finish. He offered thoughtful recommendations, checked in often, and kept our drinks filled without us ever needing to ask. Truly excellent service.
For dinner, I ordered the Parmesan-crusted chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Everything was delicious—flavorful, fresh, and really satisfying. My husband had the Baja chicken tacos and loved them as well.
Overall, a wonderful visit. Great food, great service, and a smooth experience from the wait to the meal. We’ll definitely be back!

We had lunch at the restaurant this afternoon. We ordered the same dish that we’ve been ordering for years (Louisiana Chicken Pasta). However, when we got our food the chicken looked like pressed chicken patties instead of chicken breast that had more of a blackened look, which we’ve always been served at previous visits (not pounded down chicken). Also, the flavor was different not flavorful. We thought that they must have changed the way that they cook the chicken. We left the restaurant and later called to speak with a manager, the manager said that the chicken was chicken breast pounded down and breaded not chicken patties. He then said that what we were served in the past was prepared incorrectly and that the recipe hasn’t changed. We’ve had this same dish over a dozen times, and this is the first time that it was prepared this way, so I can’t agree that it was previously prepared incorrectly, on multiple occasions. The manager was polite, however, his statement of being prepared incorrectly in the past (multiple times) is unbelievable. We are seniors and don’t like to complain, and Seventy-Five dollars plus a tip is not cheap. Should we choose to eat there again we will address any issues prior to leaving the restaurant. No resolution was offered. We’re definitely disappointed.

We haven’t been here in years. Our son gave us gift cards. The ONLY complaint I can say is my bread plate was dirty. I ordered the chicken katsu bowl. It didn’t disappoint. Hubby got the bee sting flatbed. LOVED it. He was worried about it having too much honey but it was just perfect. The strawberry lemonade hit the spot and the Arnold Palmer was the best I’ve had. We split the reeses peanut butter cheesecake. Got that free for Herbs birthday. Place was clean. We will go back but not anytime soon. We save this restaurant as a special place to go.

Food was great. Place was crowded so food service was slow but was fresh and delicious. Ambience was great but we had senior citizens in our group and they felt the music was a bit too loud. Yuzu lemonade was great. Food wise we ordered spicy rigatoni in vodka sauce, beetroot salad, katsu bowl and cauliflower bowl for lunch. Everything tasted great.

The food was delicious. But our seating wasn’t the best. There needs to be more peronal seating booths available. Originally they were going to seat us at a table that was like a multi booth. And there was a lod climbing all over the place. I asked could we move somewhere else and thankfully they moved us. Also some of the waitersnwere having loud and personal conversations that me and my date could hear as they were near our table. And the entrance door was a little tricky to locate. I was visiting from out of town andnI had a hard time finding the entrance door. Thankfully a bus boy sitting outside helped me find the entrance. I wish they this restaurant hosts adult only date nights sometimes.

Nice restaurant. Big and clean with a welcoming feel.

Seatings a little tight. Service is slower than I had expected, waited at least one hour for food.

Food was a hit and mix. My spaghetti was okay. Good but just not my style, soggier and garlicky. Everything appeared to be good.

Started off with street corn rubs (a corn on the cob sliced into quarters). I had the spaghetti and meatballs (4/5 stars). It was a bit too basil/tomato tasting for the sauce, but overall not bad. My other half ate the steak medallions. The server was AMAZING and the facility was very clean.

We always enjoy a visit to the Cheesecake Factory. Great menu and food is always on point. The one restaurant you MUST get dessert. This location is one of the original restaurants at Easton and still looks great. Only 2 small negative issues…we waited 35-40 minutes for our food which is not the norm and the paid parking at Easton is a bummer. Nothing too crazy but definitely worth mentioning.
