Ordered thru door dash for pick up, arrived went in and no one greeted me or a family that walked in after me. After five min with no acknowledgement the family that sat down left. One of my items they did not have and said they had to go get it 30 min later still no food. Said they couldn’t give my money back, and to get it back from door dash and I asked about getting a different item equal or lesser value and they said no they couldn’t do that either. I would not recommend this place at all. First time there and last ! Horrible experience.

When we walked in the owners were sitting at the first high bar table knocking back beers with another couple, completely unbothered to greet us.

The cashier/host was also sitting there with them and politely and cheerfully jumped up and came to greet us at the register to get our order. We ordered a large dinner salad to take home and at that time ordered and was charged, for extra dressing on the large Italian dinner salad. With tax and the extra dressing we paid nearest to $15. Then we were basically ignored for 32 minutes while we waited.

While waiting… As, we like extra crackers we noticed there was a salad or Togo station setup by the kitchen and a kill window so we waited over there thinking maybe this was where we could wait. I saw a huge basket of club crackers so I started to stick a good handful into a to go cup since there were no other containers to put them in.

At this point the owner talks the hostess to come check on us (finally) and she basically comes over to tell me that that’s her station and she will make sure we get crackers in our salad to go. She was on a phone call and spoke very loud and basically just said it to us in passing while she was on the phone. I didn’t care too much about all the dramatics so I just said no problem thank you so much for letting us know and I dumped the crackers back onto the table and we walked away. Politely and smiling.

I waited with my youngest child there and the floors were sticky to your shoes. There was only one other table there for dinner time. It’s dark and dismal in there. But the product is the same old pizza shoppe After 23 minutes we finally just sat down at a near by table and when I noticed the cook bagging up the salad-we walked over to the counter since the hostess was no where & I asked the young man for extra crackers…as we were promised.

Then at that moment – the owner, got up and asked what we needed. He was noticeably turned red in the face and seemed angry or upset while speaking to us. I wasn’t certain why so I said that I was just “asking for extra crackers if that’s ok” and he handed me 3 packs of crackers and threw them on the counter.

He said “normally time We charge for these….” I responded, “I’m happy to pay for them & that’s not a problem as we just were not aware and well, we like a lot of extra crackers with our salad.”

it was then that I realized that I’m arguing with the owner over three little crackers and if he was going to treat us as poorly as they had …after we waited almost a half an hour for a salad – a dinner salad and then was rudely spoken to about crackers….??? He’s got problems.

We will not EVER be back. I can tell you that the place is dirty As in your feet stick to the floor it’s a very gross . The tables are covered in a film probably because they’re so old I would imagine it’s grease or some type of cleaning that they use (Or don’t )

Honestly, no one goes there Unless it’s intentional just looking at the location . it’s in a poor location and they seem to be very judgmental to black and brown people. We’re of the brown persuasion….

Just keep that in mind where you spend your dollars… Kansas City

Our favorite pizza is the Butcherblock one from this place – it’s our “go-to” when my sisters and I are in the mood for pizza. LOTS of meat, so you don’t need to order a huge pizza – but we do, because we plan for leftovers.

Not a fancy place but clean, fast service, nice people.

Pizza was terrible. Need to learn how to cook a pizza. The owner should be embarrassed about the quality of the product. This was the North Oak location.

I went there last month. I thought the salad came in a plate so little everything was falling off. Need a bigger plate even if it’s for a small salad. The plate the pizza came in was ugly. Reminds me of an old garbage lid. The pizza reminded me of highschool pizza. Nothing great about it. Staff was nice. I was not impressed by the food at all.

Today we had a group of about 20 people after our Dad’s funeral. He loved coming here and it was the perfect lunch for us all. The staff has always been incredible and they knew our Dad well. The food was great as always and the service was perfect. Thank you for joining us in a toast to our Dad and for sharing memorable stories about him from the times he’s been in over the years. We really appreciate the kind words and gestures. Thank you!

Cheese pizza reminded me of little Cesars and house salad meh- lettuce with bacon bits and cheese. My kid liked it. Forgot to give a side of sauce as requested too. The building didn’t even look like it was open, no lights outside. A first and last experience for me.

You know, normally when I order a pepperoni pizza I assume there would be more than ONE slice of pepperoni on it. But I guess that’s my fault for assuming, eh? I’ll give it to them that they strategically placed that single piece to where every slice of pizza technically had pepperoni on it. Crust was tasteless; cheese was okay; it had a lot of sauce which I liked but the flavor of the sauce is not what I would call good. This place has to be a joke. No way that it’s this popular with such… mediocre pizza. Go to literally any other pizza joint than here

Great place. Love the lunch specials. Especially the mini pizza, drink, and a salad! Nice place for family, date, or get together. Salads and pastas for those who don’t care for pizza. Tv’s for game night. A few games and toy machines for the kids so bring a couple quarters. Coupons can usually be found in the phone book and online. Enjoy!
