Usually this location is ok but I think they’re under a new owner. I wanted a spicy glaze on the chicken sandwich and it looks like it went on the wrapper OUTSIDE the sandwich along with having serving wilted lettuce in the sandwich. I’m not picky but certainly doesn’t seem appetizing

I order food in the drive through. Then I needed to go use the restroom and when I went in there the lady told me restrooms are only for customers I got upset, and told the other lady hey tell this lady I just ordered in the Drive-Thru. And then later I told the manager that it was very discriminatory and she tried to brush it off . what if I needed to go to the restroom first, before I ordered. If that happened I would not even have ordered because of the insult. I told ld the women manager, I didn’t like that and I was going to leave a bad review and she’s like ok. Kinda like whatever . Today is 4-9-2925. I’m a member from the Burger King app. I give this location my business about once per week. This is how to lose that business. Not good. I’ve never once been told I had to order food first by anyone. This lady is not good and she tried to blame it on upper management like ownership. I don’t buy it. Burger King works so hard just to get me in the door, all the emails and text messages and all the offers on the app. Just to disrespect me like this when I show up incredible. This is definitely not the kind of management you want. Extreme training needs to be provided so that they can determine with good judgment on how not to discriminate against your customers. I’m not upset with Burger King because I can go to a different location. But the individuals that are providing poor customer service and making customers feel inadequate, because of their lack of skills. Point is this location will lose customers to other locations if this continues. Many times in other locations I use the restroom before I place my mobile order for the food I’m going to eat. Never once have I been to Told this. So you can imagine how this horrible person made me feel. Like I was a bum or something. That’s the whole point I suppose.

Too hot to cook today and we have coupons and we ordered to go!

Not very busy at 5:00 PM today and took my order quickly and my meals are ready less than 5 minutes. Very efficient work and polite!

Nice and clean store, I would not mind to dine-in when this Covid thing at ease!

Ordered food at the drive through and came inside to change my babies diaper and they did not let me use the restroom seen the girl that took my order and asked her if she cpuld tell the guy at the counter and she did not seem to care since she went on her break. I showed him my phone payment and he said that wasnt my receipt. What kind of practice is this im not the only one with a story this way i will be contacting corporate and telling them of my experience.

Drive thru lady used my card to pay for her own food. I was the only one in the drive thru that day and was charged twice, once for a meal I had not ordered, no did anyone else as there was no one behind or ahead of me. Lady said, “it no go through” and made me pay again.

They always get order wrong. I’m positive there is a language barrier. (employees don’t speak English fluent). Customer service is best in the morning.

I paid 6.59 for this sandwich. And additional 60 cents for some supposed cheese which I didn’t even get. I specifically asked with cheese. And I did not ask for ketchup. They never just come with ketchup. Just please do better and pay attention to each order. People pay for what they order for a reason.
