Average experience. Decor was lovely. Elegant but comfortable. Food was decent but didn’t rate higher due to a couple of pet peeves. First, the padadams were prepared way in advance and lacked the comforting warmth. Tasted like it came out of a packet. Second, the chicken in my Rogan Josh wasn’t well seasoned. The curry itself was good, but as the chicken was cooked separately, the flavors didn’t permeate the meat.

Vegetable momos were good. Generous serving for the entree.

Service was friendly but not the most attentive, understandable perhaps as there was only one server for the entire restaurant on a weekend lunch.

We had dinner here and really enjoyed our whole experience. Aside from the delicious food, Neve, our server, was a definite highlight. She was so personable, professional and her service was on point.

Yes, I wish I could eat there once a week – at least. The food is scrumptious, my favorite is the Baingan Bharta/Eggplant Curry and the best meal in town! Along with Savannah as our waitress, this is a special treat – even with a full house, she takes care of everyone amazingly, friendly, and professionally. A Himalayan day is always a great day! So what are you waiting for – you will not regret it!

It was fantastic! Better than how I remember the food in Kathmandu. Off the menu, they do have offer mango lassi.

The server’s knowledge was impressive. She knew the difference between Sherpa’s and packers. (Incidentally, this restaurant is owned by a Sherpa.)

Note: They don’t have WiFi and data doesn’t work well there (better with Verizon). No WiFi = not able to accept Apple or Google Pay.

The food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Over the years I’ve had every dish and each one is perfectly spiced, fresh and wonderful. Momos, Thenduk, all the dishes, are authentic and their dal is addictive. This is our favorite restaurant in Fort Collins and the owners and everyone who works there are lovely.

Had take out one night, and the food was so good we came back for lunch in the restaurant the next day. While the menu includes Indian cuisine staples such as Chicken Tikka Masala, they also have Nepalese dishes including Momo dumplings that reminded me of Dim Sum but with a spicy dipping sauce. The interior of the restaurant is rather elegant with an attractive bar. The only downside is how long you have to wait for the food. I attributed the hour wait for the dinner takeout to it being a busy Friday night, but at lunch there was only one other group with us and yet the entrees seemed to take forever to arrive. Perhaps it is a sign of the care that is taken to prepare the food, as everything was delicious.

This place is in a shopping center that has range of food choices that we visited for a weekend l7nch
We were promptly greeted and seated.
Very courteous and polite staff.
We started with drink of Iced Chai, Mango Lacce, and Organic green tea. All were very flavorful. The lacce is great for cooling some of the spice in the food.
For appetizers we had:
Chicken momo: Indian dumplings which were different as they had curry which my daughter didn’t like much but we enjoyed.
Garlic Naan: not over cooked and visible pieces of garlic, can’t complain about the sauces either.
Samosas: decent size, they come as a 2 piece.

Entrees:
Kids Chicken fried rice: uses basmati rice and can select spiciness which my daughter selected mild but she enjoyed it.
Himalayan Curry Chicken: good amount of chicken, a unique combination of spices but a great taste. Selected a medium spice which was not too hot.
Coconut Curry Chicken: as with the other a good amount of chicken, a nice combination of the spices and coconut as to not have either over power.

Overall a good Indian restaurant although not top for us since we compare it to Indian Bar and Grill in Chaska, MN but definitely worth a try.

The food here is excellent. Try the Chicken Tikka Marcella. Unique delicious taste. Rogan Josh Lamb a must. Naan bread… like no other. Savannah our server was genuine and well versed is hospitality etiquette. Place is beautifully decorated. Everytime we visit northern Colorado, this is a traditional stop for us. Lamb dishes are non stop delicious and my wife is a big fan of the Tikka Chicken Marcella along with the garlic naan bread . You can thank me later ☺️. A 5 experience!

This place is fantastic. The food was delicious (we had the chicken tandoori and saag as an appetizer along with garlic cheese naan ). The waitress was so personable and the atmosphere was upscale without being snobby. This was a new discovery for us but we will certainly be back. A great pick for lunch or dinner with family and friends or a nice date night option.
