First I have to praise the kid that ran the register! He washed his hands every time after he handled money or register before he handled the boxes or food!! Thumbs up Staff was friendly and attentive.
This was our first time getting pizza hut, no complaints the pizza was good, I wanted to try the thin and crispy, we liked it but it was a little too crispy but that was only my taste I would still recommend trying someone else may like that crispy! We also got hand toss to try good flavor light on the sauce but no complaints, we will be back to try more!
1) tried getting ahold of driver and got no response.
2) called number for store listed on google which took me to a corporate place, who told me I need the store and transferred me. The line rang a few times then just stopped.
3) I then emailed Pizza Hut through the app. I got a fairly fast response which just apologized and thanked me for “bringing the matter to their attention”. No mention of any way to get my missing product that I paid for, or refund or anything.
Update: no one has ever reached out to assist me in this dilemma. I literally paid for something I never got. The owner responded in the same fashion that corporate did. I understand mistakes happen but I paid for items I never got and they couldn’t seem to care any less. It’s not even the money it’s the principle.
However, I received a different drink without any prior notification that Sprite was unavailable. When I called to address this issue, my calls were repeatedly disconnected by the staff. After several attempts, I finally managed to speak with the manager, Andy.
To my dismay, instead of receiving an apology or a solution, I was blamed for the mix-up. Andy insisted that I had ordered the wrong drink, which was not true. Her manner was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and she refused to offer any credit or compensation for the mistake.
When I expressed my frustration with the poor customer service, she continued to blame me instead of resolving the issue.In response to my insistence for a refund, Andy eventually stated she would send someone to pick up the incorrect drink and issue a refund. It has now been over an hour, and no one has arrived.I have never encountered such disrespectful and unprofessional customer service, from the staff to the manager.
This experience has left me extremely disappointed and reluctant to order from Pizza Hut again.I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that your staff, especially at this location, receive proper training in customer service. Incidents like this tarnish the reputation of Pizza Hut and deter loyal customers like myself.
